Hotel is quite new. Rooms are big and spacious, love it! No fridge in rooms hence cannot store drinks and fruits. No smoking in rooms but people are allowed to smoke in the hotel lobby. Hope the hotel can change it policies to NO Smoking in the hotel lobby because when we are back in the room and when we on the aircon, the room smell of cigarettes still as it is cremate aircon

During the Spring Festival, my family went on vacation in Zhao'an. The hotel was a pleasant surprise. The location was convenient for travel, the room was large and the scenery was beautiful, and it was clean and tidy. I especially want to give a thumbs up to the lady at the front desk. She has a lovely smile and is very efficient at work. The room service is also very good, attentive and warm. This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel. It should be a relatively good hotel in Zhao'an. However, I obviously feel that the environmental hygiene has declined slightly every time I have stayed there. The main corridors and rooms have an obvious musty smell. It is not like a hotel that has been open for two years. The situation is that the hotel is not concerned about the maintenance of the hotel, especially the mold caused by humidity... There are obvious mold stains in many places. In other aspects, the location and breakfast are OK. The gym should be cooperated with outsiders and the facilities are very complete.
