民宿位於古鎮中心，雖然在古鎮內但環境也還清靜，裝修也有格調，在景區外有自己的停車位，停車場到民宿有幾分鐘的路程，老闆會幫忙接送提取行李，對於外地不熟悉古鎮管理的情況，如果老闆能根據客户訂單主動提前聯繫客户告知一些具體細節就更完美了（老闆對此箇中原因作了解釋），總的來説還是很滿意的。

环境：客棧在古鎮內，南門走進來幾分鐘，非常方便，附近有餐廳，客棧等天台景觀很開闊，可以飲茶坐坐。
卫生：乾淨舒適
服务：老闆會幫手把行李拎去客棧，還會把旅遊攻略發給你，房中的電視盒子有問題，老闆也即時處理了。
设施：客棧有免費停車場，都是離客棧數分鐘的。

客棧位於古鎮中心位置，前面正街，後門穿過小巷就是湖邊，看得出老闆夫妻倆很用心的經營這個小客棧，三樓打造了一個花園露台，很漂亮。來的時候正好下雨，老闆親自拿傘出來接我們，很暖心，非常推薦這個客棧！

在景區裏面，想着可能會吵， 想不到後院睡着好安逸 好安靜，特別舒服。洗手間有二個一次性杯子，很貼心。還有茶包 茶具泡茶，天台好舒服 有二個泡茶地方，晚上吹着風 跑着茶蠻舒服的。拍照非常出片，還可以免費領一套古裝衣服，特別有質感。

老闆為人很好，當我們到達古鎮門外打電話給老闆，老闆出來接我們並幫我們買了6折的門票進古鎮，太nice了，民宿給了我驚喜，裝修很有檔次，很喜歡他們家的天台花園，看日落非常棒，老闆還是音響愛好者，一踏進店門就能看到全套音響設備，還給我們播放了音響，音質很好，非常好的一次住宿體驗

德雲舍是一家精緻乾淨的民宿酒店，地理位置佳，一出門就是古鎮的街道，非常方便，他們有自己的停車場，適合自駕的朋友前來，老闆是個音響發燒友，收藏了很多經典的CD，從未學過音樂卻酷愛音樂，很有情懷，房間乾淨舒適，是現代中式風，很用心佈置，非常不錯，下次還會入住。
