The hotel's location is excellent, right across from the Seven-Star Crags Archway, where you can watch the musical fountain at 8 PM. The room is spacious enough, and the soundproofing is good, so it's very quiet for sleeping at night. The only downside is that breakfast is almost entirely Chinese style, and my child was a bit disappointed not to have Western options (the last picture is of the breakfast). The other food pictures are from the hotel's dim sum lunch, which was exquisite and delicious.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to all the attractions, and public transportation is also very convenient.

Although it's an old government guesthouse, the room decor isn't outdated, and the staff are very friendly. It's conveniently located, right by the Qixingyan Archway, and you can find food without even leaving the guesthouse.

The room isn't huge, but the facilities are clean and simple, with no unnecessary frills. It's right below the Seven Star Crags Archway, which is great for watching the musical fountain at night. The Archway Pedestrian Street is also right next door, though it mainly sells clothes. It's about a 15-minute walk to Qilou Street.

The environment is quite clean and perfect for family trips! Breakfast is also pretty good! It's convenient to get anywhere, and every staff member is very warm and dedicated! Highly recommend for family travel.

The hotel's location is convenient, not far from Seven Star Crags. The rooms are well-equipped with amenities like a mini-fridge and a weight scale. The shower pressure and temperature are great, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The hotel also features a gym and a laundry room. The Cantonese dim sum for breakfast is exquisitely made and tastes delicious.

The building was aged but the facilities were well maintained. The food were delicious and the price was reasonable. The staff were friendly and ready to give the support. We stayed 2 nights in this hotel and will surely to return in the future.

Excellent! I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip. The surrounding area is great, perfect for getting around and exploring. The gym is spacious, breakfast is abundant, and the environment is beautiful. Everything is very well-managed and organized.

The first stop of our winter trip, this hotel is in a great location with convenient parking. The room facilities are good, and the amenities are complete and tidy. The hotel restaurant offers convenient and affordable dining, and the garden views are quite beautiful. Nearby attractions are very close; we could walk to Seven Star Lake for the light show in the evening.

The location is super convenient, the hotel is new, and it offers great value for money. Highly recommend it if you're visiting Seven Star Crags!

Truly excellent service from the Front Desk staff on duty when we checked in on 6/1/26 afternoon & checked out on 8/1/26 morning. The staff were very informative, helpful, polite & warm. Makes me smile when I think of them. The 3 staff gave the best Front Desk service in our 10-day trip in Guangdong. Comfortable rooms with windows. A well-equipped & designed laundry room. A cosy, quiet courtyard. We appreciated the pot of refreshing hot tea (a soothing & tasty combination of red dates, tangerine peel & jasmine leaves, I think) at the front lobby. Such a thoughtful & kind gesture indeed. We will stay at White Swan Guest House again when we return to Zhaoqing next year. To the Hotel Management & the 3 wonderfully warm Front Desk staff whom we think of fondly, a Big Thank You 🙏🏻🌹🙏🏻.

Ver good location in the city centre. Smoking is smell is everywhere despite signs of no smoking.

I would like to give a special mention to manager “何丽珍” Lily He. As a foreigner I could not read Chinese at all and she helped me navigate my DiDi account to get my share ridding app working again. I was almost conned into paying extra on my DiDi ride to the hotel! But she stepped in and solved my problem! I’m so grateful to her. She also reccomended us to good eating places. So many to choose from ! She was professional and efficient and made my day a lot more easier! Thank you
