Service Wrong

The water pressure in the shower is excellent, hot water arrives in 0 seconds. A water recirculation device should be installed. The bedding is of very high quality. There are charging stations for electric scooters, but there should be a charge for that. There are washing machines, which is perfect for motorcycle touring or tourists visiting Dinghu Mountain.

It should be rated perfect. From the initial phone call before our trip, every interaction with the receptionist was pleasant. She also diligently and politely resolved all our needs and issues. The room size, facilities, and breakfast were all excellent value for money. There was only one thing I couldn't understand: a small lattice in the room could never be sealed off, nor was it allowed to be. This caused two problems: 1. Noise from the city was disturbing the peace; 2. The air conditioning was slightly less effective in the summer, or at least consumed more electricity. This is the first time I've encountered such a renovation; I won't comment on it, as I don't know the reason. As a customer, it affected my sleep. I sincerely suggest that the hotel completely resolve this issue (I dare say this because I've never encountered such a situation in any other hotel). Otherwise, all the other good aspects will be negated by this one problem.

房間還行，乾濕分離，前台辦理入住速度挺快，衹是周邊環境比較偏僻，附近沒有小賣店之類，但是酒店前台有小賣部，酒店周邊附近吃東西的地方沒有，出入要打車，打車等待時間挺快，酒店到高鐵站打車15分鐘左右就到。

入住肇慶維納三好酒店體驗超讚，性價比出眾！酒店位置便捷，交通順暢，周邊餐飲商超齊全，出行辦事都省心。房間整潔明亮，設施完善，床鋪舒適，隔音效果佳，能安穩休憩。前台服務熱情高效，辦理入住退房快捷，貼心周到。衞生清潔到位，細節把控好，不管商務出差還是短途出行都適配，值得推薦！

味道大，床大小不錯，床墊還可以 附近吃飯不太方便，要走一下。 房間有地毯，需要認真清潔。沒有咖啡機。 熱水供應穩定。 值班大叔辛苦了，幫忙佈置床品！ 燈沒有總開關？？？？？？

價廉物美，性價比高，離開高鐵站不會太遠，前台服務員態度好，有禮貌。衞生情況比較滿意，下次一定會再入住。

總體來説還可以 位置太偏了，國慶期間漲價太多，衹能選擇這裏，如果不開車的話就來不了了，交通不便，周圍是一個化工廠。

國慶假期出遊，離西江和鼎湖山景點距離比較近，房間設施和衞生都很好，有早餐，孩子一起加餐實惠，本次入住很愉快

服務不錯 環境也挺好的，出去市區叫車也挺方便的。 設施挺新的，衞生都很好。 帶着娃出來玩了好幾次，還是這種連鎖酒店讓人最放心。

非常不錯的體驗，乾淨衞生，服務態度也很好，入住體驗非常不錯。下次出遊還會選擇這邊，在酒店孩子們住得特別的開心，哈哈哈哈哈
