房間乾淨衞生，三秒熱水，還有自動窗簾，很方便，早餐也好吃，距離硯陽湖小童樂園也很近，前台工作人員很熱情的幫我們指引，推薦大家都來～

真實用家 3日兩夜 極力推薦
優點：裝修非常雅致時尚！非常新淨、乾淨和整齊, 沒有異味。
2床房房型舒適, 空間不錯。有寫字枱、有茶几, 方便辦公及用餐。書枱的葉子燈很有格調。房間除了沒有冰箱, 設備都很完善。房間門口有掛衣架及換鞋凳。床頭有足夠的插座及USB頭給手機充電。床上用品乾淨, 有2款枕頭, 床褥中間有點凹, 但都可以接受。
喜歡洗手枱在洗手間內, 因為有些酒店會設計在外面。洗手間內淋浴間空間大、地磚防滑。而且有地方晾衣！花灑水壓夠, 洗澡洗得很舒服。門後有掛勾, 很方便亦非常漂亮。細節位做得相當不錯！
房價優惠而且還包早餐, 簡單健康。餐廳亦很乾淨整潔。大堂有小賣部, 想買泡麵零食也很方便。前台職員、房務員、餐廳職員都有善有禮！
缺點：最大缺點是2床房型一定是地氈的, 如果是木地板會更好。
2床房都是靠馬路, 剛好窗壞了關不緊, 所以有點聲音。前台有提出讓我們換房或者找職員來修。但我們怕麻煩拒絕了。
洗手間沒有剃鬚刀。
總結：下次來肇慶鼎湖區的話也會選這間酒店！性價比非常高！非常推薦！如果去端州區我會選白天鵝！

首先，今天吃早餐這個事情讓我很生氣，一天心情都不好。維也納連個酸奶都讓客户喝不起嗎？一小瓶不到2元的酸奶，我喝了兩瓶怎麼了？至於大聲喊我嗎？我真的拿了那麼多嗎？就算一人一瓶可以委婉地告訴我嗎？再説了你們也沒牛奶啊，咖啡也沒有啊。我來這邊出差，客户買了6台設備，最起碼也要住個十天半月吧，這個賬算不明白嗎？投訴到前台，前台説不知道，不懂。就這樣給我打發了，我第一次見這種服務態度的酒店。
