The front desk staff are warm and thoughtful, often surprising guests with free room upgrades or complimentary breakfast. "The 'lake view room' we booked only offered a distant glimpse of the lake. Being on the 6th floor, the view of the lake was very poor and not worth it. The central air conditioning was stuck at 19 degrees Celsius and couldn't be adjusted, making the room very cold, so we had to turn it off. The staff's solution was to provide a portable heater, which was quite a laugh. Breakfast was also very mediocre, not up to a five-star standard. However, the hotel's location is excellent."

The most outrageous thing is the absurdly low water pressure in the shower; the water flow is pitifully weak, making showering a difficult and frustrating experience. It's completely not worth the money. The overall experience was extremely poor. For a newly opened hotel to be this bad, I sincerely do not recommend it. Avoid it!"
