Second time in this hotel. First time tried the breakfast, it's fresh and good.

The breakfast is rich, and the service from the little brother at the front desk is very good. He introduced the surrounding food and gave me some local sauce before leaving. The young lady at the front desk upgraded the room for free when there was no shortage of popularity on May Day. The view of the park and lake is under the window. 一如既往的支持，昭通力豪鳳凰國際酒店，我已經入住了三次酒店，位置很好，昭通下高速後大概五公里就到了昭通力豪鳳凰國際酒店，非常的方便。衞生條件很好，服務設施健全，環境優美，可俯瞰環湖公園，這就是繁華的街區，有很多美食，晚上吃非常的方便。房間寬敞明亮，大概有45平米以上，衞生間和沐浴間分別在房間的兩頭確實乾濕分離，洗澡的水流很大，沐浴露，洗髮膏，護髮素應有盡有。這次就不拍攝房間的內景和樓層的外表，就拍一拍早餐品種和花樣。

去大山包旅遊，酒店在市區內，周邊的餐館比較多，後面有實驗中學，瑞幸咖啡燒烤麪條，服務設施齊全，方便，酒店的服務態度很好，早餐也還不錯，但房間裏面充斥着油煙味，非常不爽

入住時衹有最後兩間雙床房了，想換房都沒換有，被子上有毛髮，浴室和衞生間沒有窗簾，一眼望去洗澡和上洗手間都能看到外面的風景線，個人覺得私密性不強，給人沒有安全感，為啥不安個簾子呢？😓服務員解釋加裝了防窺膜，個人覺得還是加裝簾子比較好，被子上有腥味，電視遙控程序比較複雜，第一次入住不會有人會開電視，前台問候服務員都有熱情問候，點贊

不算特別愉快的住店體驗。
首先是停車的安排很奇葩，酒店門口有個露天停車場，到的時候立塊牌子説滿了，但沒有指引該去哪停，也沒人指揮。折騰半天，在大馬路上強行調頭去了地下車庫。
最無語的是進房間後，房間挺大，但兩張床中間很刻意放着多種品類的避孕套售賣，看着略尷尬。最尷尬的是床單，上面居然留着煙灰、不明污漬和別人睡過留下的褶皺。打電話叫來前台，一頓推脱。先是快手拍掉了床單上的煙灰，隨後解釋説褶皺是因為抖了被子，直到看見那團莫名其妙的污漬，終於啞口無言。要求換房間，又推説滿房了。折騰半天，終於給換房了。本來以為是終於可以早睡的一天，結果還是整到半夜。
退房也挺無語。入住收了 500 元按金，最後退回來 482 元，房間裏面很多有的沒的付費用品，用了就給錢，無可厚非，畢竟可能有些酒店常規配套的東西，順手用了，衹在這裏要付費使用，但沒注意要收費，但好歹給個清單吧。錢不多，但收的沒頭沒腦的。

房間內的小童設施和玩具比較對小孩口味，小朋友很喜歡。
停車比較方便，不管是地面還是地下室，都有人指揮和提示。
