酒店在位置好，吃飯、逛街都很方便。房間大、設施新，衞生乾淨清爽，房間裏還能看到美景，很不錯。停車方便，電梯可直達停車場。早餐種類多，還有特色小吃，不錯不錯。酒店的工作人員服務很專業，特別是前台服務熱情，前台小樑美女服務很貼心、很細緻，非常滿意。下次來還會選擇東信。

房間寬大明亮，很乾凈。前台幾衞小姐姐的服務熱情周到貼心，給長者升級了豪華大床房，前台提前電話提醒導航路線，以免走錯路，早餐品種豐富，有當地的特色小吃，乾淨衞生。乾濕分離的衞生間值得點贊👍👍👍再次去柞水，還會選擇這家酒店。

酒店在中心位置，吃飯逛逛都很方便，房間比較大，設施比較新，電梯可直達停車場，早餐種類多，看景吃飯很不錯。酒店的工作人員應該是經過專門的培訓，特別是前台服務熱情，贊！

不滿意。15樓貌似是個洗浴中心，半夜高跟鞋和地磚碰撞的聲音此起彼伏，直到凌晨2:30之後稍微好點。旁邊房間隔音效果太差。
