I was initially upset about the wifi instability, but frankly everything else makes up for it. They offer to drop you off to the airport for free (just give them your flight information at check-in). And the front desk attendant came to the airport to drop off my passport when I forgot it!

The lady at the front desk was incredibly nice, and the hotel even offers free shuttle service.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The driver picked us up from the train station shortly after notifying them we had arrived. She was very cheerful and ushered us into the back of the van. She was very polite and jovial with the other guests as we picked them up from the airport. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff member was quick to check us in and she was very friendly indeed. She made sure we would be awake for our flight. She asked us what time our flight was and once she knew that she told us what time to be ready at the reception for pick-up and drop off at the airport. Overall the hotel did the job and was perfectly adequate for what we required.

Very convenient location and place after you arrive from the airport, or if you have a flight next day. Ladies in the reception are very kind and helpful, and the place, although the rooms smell like tabacco, is clean.☺️ We recommend it 100%

Given the price, I was expecting a small, basic hotel room. However, upon arrival, the staff, concerned we wouldn't sleep well, upgraded our room for free. The room was huge, far exceeding what I'd expect for the price. The complimentary airport drop-off service was also a thoughtful touch. The room was extremely clean. Excellent value, highly recommended.

The condition of room was not good in this cold weather hotel was so cold the air conditioner was completely not working

A good hotel for an overnight stay between flights. If there's no room, they'll take you to another hotel and back to the airport. The staff is attentive.
