GGuest UserA truly five-star experience with five-star service. While some facilities are a bit dated, the room was spacious and the overall stay was very comfortable. We received complimentary welcome fruit upon check-in and a small farewell gift upon departure. The hot water for the shower wasn't quite hot enough, but when we reported it to the front desk, their response was incredibly quick. The engineering team immediately came up to adjust it – that level of responsiveness is truly commendable. The next day, we booked the hotel's car service to visit Shaolin Temple. The concierge team generously upgraded us to a Mercedes-Benz executive van free of charge. Our driver, Mr. Liu, was an excellent driver – both fast and steady. We wish the hotel continued success and a flourishing business.

Overall, it was good, with a large area, good environment, friendly waiters, and considerate of the guests. I would like to praise Xiao Jing, the waiter on our floor, for being responsive. The fruit sent by the hotel was of good quality and delicious. Before leaving, they also sent Dragon Boat Festival sachets. There were also foot bathing facilities in the room. After walking for a day, it was very comfortable to soak. I tried to have breakfast as early as possible. If I was late, many things were gone, and the supplementary meals were not timely. In addition, there was no juice for breakfast, and the equipment was empty.

During my stay, I had the pleasure of staying in a Superior Queen room that was neat and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast was also top-notch, with delicious food options to choose from.
However, what truly sets the Holiday Inn in Zhengzhou apart is the staff. Despite the language barrier, every staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. In particular, Tina stood out for her exceptional service and attention to detail. She helped me navigate the city and provided me with insider tips that only a local would know. Her genuine kindness and warm personality made me feel like I was staying with a friend rather than a hotel.

MM22834****Sharing an apartment building with MGM and other hotels is simple and easy to pay for one night, but you can still get pick-up and drop-off at East Station. I understand the label equipped with a kitchen. It must be a simple small kitchen that does not actually have any heating or cooking equipment. It only has a small exhaust fan and a sink. There is a stool and table, but this kind of apartment-style living is relatively complicated, which is understandable. 4 I don’t know what the material of the bed is. It is very stuffy. I am cold and afraid of the cold. I always turn over and over, always wanting to get some air. 5 The service of the front desk girl needs to be improved. Exaggerated It feels bad to chew gum and have a conversation. I forgot my little thing and took the initiative to call. Thank you very much because I need to transfer to another city. It said collect payment and no one at home accepted the payment. But the front desk said it can only pay on a downwind basis. I can understand that it is always because I missed something. The overall style still features old-fashioned dark furniture. The refrigerator is an old Xinfei brand I haven't seen in years, empty but with a prominent price list. There's an old-style bathtub and shower, and the shampoo and shower gel are typical miniature bottles. The fake flowers are just too much; they'd be better off not being there at all.
You can see the night view of Erqi Tower from the room, but the window isn't a floor-to-ceiling one, so it's not worth booking a scenic room just to crane your neck at the windowsill.
The hallway has faded carpets, and there's an old-fashioned elevator and revolving door.
The front desk staff really deserve a raise. Otherwise, their unenthusiastic smiles and businesslike attitude won't win them any friends.
The room didn't include breakfast, so I can't comment on that. I spent a while looking downstairs and ended up eating at a Shandong restaurant.
If you can accept the old-fashioned style and the dated feel of a place that hasn't been renovated in years, it's still worth recommending.

MM872479****Absolute bang for your buck! The room was spacious and quiet, the bedding was comfortable, the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the facilities were complete. The service was exceptional: they helped with my luggage, and when I realized I didn't bring a charger, there was a free one available in the room. The location is super convenient, close to everything, and only 1.5 km from the airport. There's also a convenience store right downstairs. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town!
