Facilities: Standard five-star, although a bit dated, still well-maintained! Environment: Great location, convenient for getting around, but parking can be a challenge as there's no dedicated area and spots are sometimes hard to find. Service: Good service, enthusiastic and proactive! The executive lounge service is even better! 41F Executive Floor Perks: Excellent, with warm and friendly service!

This is the worst Marriott I've ever stayed at! I paid extra to upgrade to a King Lake View room, and as you can see in the video, all you get is a view of countless fences! Lake view? Ha, don't even get me started! The so-called 'Corn Tower' is only good for admiring from afar; staying there is definitely not worth it!!! And let's talk about the buffet on the 38th floor. It's 288 per person for hotel guests, which is absolutely not worth the price! The ingredients are worse than what you'd find in a regular restaurant. They claimed it was due to the ***** New Year and difficulties in sourcing ingredients, but then why not just close for a few days? Knowing this and still charging such prices is clearly ripping off customers! I booked for 3 days but left after just one! It was truly terrible, and this bad review is absolutely justified!

We chose the JW Marriott Hotel (the 'Corn Building') when driving through the city. Getting into the hotel was a nightmare with traffic. After finally making it in, we were told there was no surface parking available and were directed to the underground garage. We ended up in B3 with no staff to guide us. We spent ten minutes circling B3 looking for a spot and eventually parked in an unmarked space. When checking in, I explained the situation to the front desk, and the lady there said we had still taken a spot belonging to another company. So, we had to go down to park again, this time with a bellhop, and parked a long way off. It was extremely inconvenient. We had to transfer elevators twice to get to the lobby on the 38th floor. The room itself was just average, nothing special, and felt a bit dated. The bathroom was small, and my child even bumped their head. It definitely didn't feel like a five-star hotel, especially considering the price. I wouldn't recommend it.
