QIANNAHOTEL SPLENDOR（Zhengzhou East Railway Station Longzihu University District）

The hotel environment is excellent. The whole place is smart-controlled, and the breakfast selection is wide, with the *hulatang* (spicy soup) being especially delicious! The front desk staff, especially Ms. Chu Jian, was very thoughtful. They upgraded our room for free and even gave us a welcome gift 🎁. It's a great choice for family trips. Longzi Lake is right next door; just grab a shared bike and cycle around the lake – absolutely wonderful!

Location: Compared to Zhengzhou city center, the location is a bit out of the way, and there aren't many dining options nearby. However, the environment is excellent, with water and a park below (see picture). There were even rowing training sessions happening during the day. Room: Very spacious with good facilities, including a desk, tea set, mini-fridge with drinks, and even a calligraphy brush – great for older guests who enjoy writing or drawing. There was also a telescope, which was a surprising first for me to see in a hotel. Cleanliness: Excellent, I didn't find any issues, including in public areas like the corridors and elevators. Breakfast: Very rich and lived up to the hotel's positioning. Issues: The breakfast choices, especially the main dishes, seemed to be quite heavily focused on carbs, which might be related to Henan's dining habits. Also, some food items lacked labels. For instance, none of the six salad dressings were labeled, and there were other unlabeled items that I didn't photograph. Overall, I'm very satisfied. The minor issues I pointed out are only in relation to the hotel's high-end positioning, as I've seen hotels with a similar or even lower positioning that pay more attention to these details.

The hotel facilities are very new and well-equipped, and the cleanliness is quite good. The super large 2.4-meter bed was very comfortable to sleep in. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious, and the staff's attitude was excellent. They even gave us bread and milk upon check-in. Since we were staying with a child, the staff thoughtfully prepared children's slippers and toiletries in advance. We were very satisfied with this stay; my husband said he wants to stay at this hotel again next time we visit Zhengzhou.

Traveling during the Qingming holiday, I chose Yuanxi Hotel. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, with Longzi Lake encircling the hotel. Taking a walk by the lake in the morning and evening was very comfortable. There's also a shopping center nearby, which is very convenient. I was very satisfied with my stay.

The hotel is clean and hygienic, with large rooms. The surrounding environment is excellent and very quiet. The hotel's location is great, with a complex and a snack street right behind it, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient.

The hotel's environment is pretty good, with expansive views from the room and decent amenities. The service was excellent in all aspects, and parking was convenient. The breakfast was very rich, and the hygiene was acceptable. I'm not sure if it's due to the color, but the carpet in the room felt a bit dirty, and there was hair in the towel! These are just minor issues; overall, it was still quite good!

The room was clean and tidy, offering excellent value for money. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Thumbs up! 👍

Facilities: This hotel just opened in 2023, so all the public facilities are quite new. Cleanliness: Excellent, up to five-star hotel standards. Environment: The room was very large and spacious. We booked a twin room with 1.35m beds, which was plenty spacious for me and my child. Service: The staff were all very enthusiastic and provided great service. Location: It's about 20 kilometers from Zhongmou, so it's a good option for those visiting Only Henan or Jianye Movie Town if you're looking for peace and quiet. Plus, there are charging stations right across from the hotel, which is super convenient for electric car owners. Most importantly, the price is really great – excellent value for money! Highly recommended.

The room is bright and spacious, very clean, and the service is warm and attentive. The view outside the window is also great.
