Zhengzhou East High-speed Railway Station Yueji Hotel Reviews

The hotel located quite near to two MRT line 5 and line 1. Both Line are one station to Zhengzhou Highspeed railway East station. Beside that, in front of the hotel seen always have taxi. The breakfast seen ok have variety, however it doesn't serve coffee. The room are clean.

Very spacious room and extremely clean. Conveniently situated next to Xindian 360 Plaza. Friendly front desk staff.

I came to Zhengzhou to watch a concert, and because I had to go back early the next morning, I specifically chose a hotel near Zhengzhou East Station. After looking at several hotels, I felt that Yueji could come and stay here. Let’s talk about the advantages first: 1. The transportation is convenient. Get off at East Station and take the Outer Ring Line of Metro Line 5. It’s just one stop away. Come out of Exit B of Jinshui East Road and walk straight for 100 meters and turn left. Then I came to see the concert. It is also very close to Exit D of Dongfeng South Road Station of Line 1. I can directly take Line 1 and transfer to Line 14 to get to the Olympic Sports Center; 2. The hotel is new and the decoration style is good. of; Next, let me talk about the shortcomings: 1. I arrived at the hotel at 17:00 that day and found that there were only 2 small towels in the room as shown in the picture, and no large bath towels. I rinsed briefly and went out, telling the front desk about it. The front desk asked the cleaning lady to take a look and put it in the room for me if it wasn't there. I said yes. As a result, I returned to the hotel at around 23:00 in the evening, and there were still only two small towels in the room... I was speechless and tired, and I didn’t have the heart to make phone calls; 2. I lay on the bed for a while, and my hands were bitten twice. A bag. I was looking for mosquito repellent liquid and the like, but found that there was none in the room. Above, I didn't have time to eat breakfast. I hope your hotel can improve the service details. I'm still willing to stay there again!

The hardware is well equipped, and the details are well done. Fruits were delivered in the evening, and souvenirs were delivered when I left in the morning. I checked in on April 26 and checked out on May 3. I felt unwell on April 29 and went to Zhengzhou People's Hospital for treatment and was diagnosed. Urinary tract infection. During the negotiation with the hotel, I took the initiative to assume my own responsibility. In the end, the hotel's solution was for Manager Ye to personally advance my one-night room fee without any comment or action from the hotel. The hotel also arranged noisy construction from May 1st to 3rd. According to laws and regulations, only noise-free construction is allowed on holidays and weekends. I lay quietly in the hotel room and listened to the wonderful music of "chu tu tu tu tu", and I was in a very good mood. The hotel did not take any measures and told me that a construction notice had been published. I really can’t compliment the hotel’s management level. Are disposable items strictly subject to disinfection standards and are they stored in a closed loop? Law enforcement agencies should conduct strict inspections to ensure the health of passengers.

It's newly opened, the room is very new, the supplies are good, the cold cucumber for breakfast is especially delicious, it would be even better if there is milk. Comfort and kindness are more important (maybe the scene or customer group is different. When you meet business people staying in star-rated hotels, you may need to experience the Western-style service of professional managers). All employees put customers first, kind, polite, enthusiastic, service-minded, and the bar. Whether it was last night or this morning, the service at the hotel front desk was very good. I give everyone a thumbs up. The bedding in the room is very good, and all kinds of supplies are very good.
