Because we arrived a bit late, we were worried that there wouldn't be any good rooms available. But when we arrived, the receptionist, Xiao Li, was very welcoming and even upgraded us to a suite. His quick and easy answers completely wiped away our fatigue from the long journey. The environment was quiet and the cleanliness was impeccable. The suite was very comfortable, and it's right next to Xidi Port, making it convenient for dining and shopping. We will never choose any other place again; Yawen will always be our first choice.

You can enjoy the view outside the room window if you don't want to hear the service staff collecting plates and bowls and pushing boxes at one or two in the middle of the night, and hotel guests starting to eat breakfast and chat at seven in the morning (as if they were sitting next to your bed and talking), oh! There is also music accompanied by huge instruments. If you are not the type of person who goes to bed late and gets up early, I hope you don’t come!

The hotel shares a parking lot with the Veteran Cadre Activity Center, and the guard belongs to the Veteran Cadre Activity Center, so every time I drive into the parking lot, I will be stopped by the guard and asked to call the hotel before I can be let through. This is very inconvenient. I suggest the hotel take care of it. The license plate number of the customer in the store is given to the doorman, so as to avoid the trouble of being stopped every time he enters and exits. The hotel is very good in other aspects. The room is clean and spacious, sleeping is very quiet, the room attendant is very polite, and I also enjoy the hotel's special car wash service. The Chinese restaurant on the second floor of the hotel is very beautiful, and the food is delicious. There is Wangfujing Department Store next to the hotel, which is very convenient for shopping and eating.

To be honest, the facilities and environment are average, the service is very average, not to mention the cost performance. First of all, this hotel was booked for a government meeting for a month. Only a few rooms can be sold every day. In addition, to protect the privacy of the government meeting, individual guests are not allowed to go to the restaurant for breakfast! You won’t know about this situation until you check in at the hotel! The hotel will not contact you in advance.

The hotel is relatively close to Zhengzhou East Railway Station. You can see Big Corn when you go for a walk. There is a large supermarket at the intersection of the shopping mall, which is very convenient for traveling. The hotel is overall good and the price is right.

We booked a family room and checked in at 8pm. As soon as we opened the door, there was a rush of hot air. The room was very hot. We quickly turned on the air conditioner. Even if it was turned on to the maximum air volume and minimum temperature, it was still difficult to lower the indoor temperature after an hour. We asked and learned that This is because the room is exposed to the west sun, the windows are open, and the air-conditioning equipment is not powerful (the air-conditioning air output is small and not cool). This is the case for all rooms of the same type, so we can only wait for it to cool down slowly. Moreover, there was a hole in the screen window of the room, and mosquitoes got in. The child was bitten three times as soon as he came in. The bathroom is translucent and not closed, so you can see each other in the bathroom or bedroom. Our child is 11 years old and is a girl. It is very inconvenient for us. There is no privacy for the children and adults. The attitude of the service staff was very good, but they just said sorry and did not solve the problem.
