We accidentally left some food in the fridge. The counter staff who was on duty at 3pm/6APR had left the items for our pickup. The 6pm duty staff were also helpful in assisting us. On another occasion they also help me arrange a local tour to enjoy Henan. Without this team of good staff, our 3nights stay at Hampton JinShui would have been indifference.

The room facilities are average, just like other express hotels, nothing special. The service is OK, the hygiene is OK, at least there is no peculiar smell in the room, there are ground and underground garages, which are convenient for self-driving tours. There is a rapid bus station 200-300 meters away from the hotel. It takes 3 rapid bus stops to get to the Nanyang Xincun subway station closest to the hotel, and it takes 2-3 bus stops to get to the Henan Museum. The living facilities within 200-300 meters are not convenient. The hotel breakfast is the same as other hotels, anyway, the varieties are the same.
