很久沒有評價酒店了，來鄭州出差，本來看這個酒店的評價不多，也有一些差評，看到評價的圖片感覺這個酒店很破，但是由於出差方便還是定了這裏。先説缺點，畢竟開業很久了，設施和裝修都比較老舊。優點就是：服務很好，從一辦理入住服務員就很熱情，還送了一盤水果一盤零食。退房時還送文創冰棍兒，開發票也熱情，真的讓我非常開心。房間實際情況比照片好很多也比較乾淨。洗澡水也很足很熱。

酒店確實是按照四星標準配置的，衹是硬件有點老，不過還好是裝修過的，房間格局不錯，住着也舒服，酒店用品也不錯，房間的讀本也不錯，不會是我們大河報業下屬的，住店還送隔壁的洗澡卷，這點也是性價比超高，唯一的就是前台餐廳人員配置不少，大多服務人員不苟言笑，生硬服務，讓人很無語，尤其是前台，得好好培訓培訓了

7月22日晚上，鄭州下大雨，到酒店已渾身濕透，前廳熱情的接待了我們併為我們快速的辦理了入住，房間乾淨整潔，尤其床品非常舒服。
