Wanda Vista Zhengzhou

The hotel staff is very friendly, i very mutch like ìt all. The staff in the executive loung is very nice, i liked to stay there :) highly recomand this Hotel. Be nice with Ms. Grace

The hotel location is great and easy to travel around. Might be just me, the room has water leakage and room smells mouldy and they couldn't fix it. The replace room was also not clean.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Wanda Vista, Zhengzhou this past weekend. The accomodations were spectacular, the room was beautiful and comfortable, and the Executive Lounge was amazing. The views from our room and the lounge were fantastic, and the buffet breakfast had everything you could want. However it was the excellent service we received from Selina in the Executive Lounge that will have us coming back to this hotel. She was so friendly and gracious everytime we spoke to her, and she made a point of coming to our room to make sure we had everything we needed. With excellent English, she was able to serve us in a way that is not always common in many high-end hotels here. Selina is a huge reason why we enjoyed our stay, and we promised her we will be coming back on a monthly basis as a result. Thank you Selina!!

Very nice hotel that is conveniently located. The only inconvenience is the reception desk located on the 48th floor, it was quite a long wait for the elevator to go up checking in!

The hotel is located right next to the major shopping malls, a Zoo and close to the metro. Nice interiors and a great view, especially at night. However, there are a couple of disadvantages. The hotel is not the cheapest itself and listed as accepting foreigners, but when registering with temporary documents (residence, permit application receipt) issued by Zhengzhou Public Security Bureau, the staff required the first page of the passport as well as the date of entry into China. Concidering that this happened after the room was paid for, the situation was not the most pleasant. Fortunately, I've found photos of my passport in my phone as well as the date of my entry in 2019. Although the room was pretty nice and a view from the window was really amazing, there was a constant cigarette smoke smell - probably, it just get absorbed by furniture.
