The service in the hotel is not that bad. When I checked in, I made things difficult for every little thing. If I hadn't checked in with my children at two in the middle of the night, I would definitely not have stayed there. We went to have breakfast at around eight o'clock in the morning. Everything was empty except for the white porridge. There were two drawers of eight buns in the bun steaming area. I took two of the buns for my son and the chef refused to let us take them. He said what should we do with the guests behind us? Should we consider what our guests eat? We took away four buns and said we were unqualified. Is it enough for a family of four to eat four buns? Besides, the chef and the uncle quarreled with the guests because they were not allowed to eat at the buffet. Is this a quality that a hotel should have? Anyway, if you want to be upset, just go and stay there. I will never stay here again. It's not that bad.

The bed was extremely hard and there was a bad smell in the room, even worse when the air conditioner was turned on. At 9 o'clock in the morning, the waiter shouted in the corridor. The cleaning lady was shouting back and forth, which was very noisy. I went downstairs for breakfast at around eight o'clock. There was no soy milk, no new ones, and no fruit. The breakfast was sp****, and many dishes were gone. There was nothing to eat. It was very amateurish.

Generally speaking, it is a very good hotel. The service attitude of the front desk and welcoming guests needs to be improved. The attitude is too hard. I originally came here thinking of the Guangzhou brand, but I am still a little disappointed.

I stayed here for two days and it felt very average. I don't think it can reach four stars overall. First of all, the service was very average. There was no basic etiquette. I felt that it was just like the service of a chain hotel. As for the facilities, they are relatively old. The so-called fresh air system is not noticeable at all and the air is stuffy. The bed was very close to the window, and the desk was very close to the end of the bed. When I was passing by, my legs would accidentally hit the corner of the bed, and I was bruised. I later found out that the mattress was touching the bed. The head position moves five or six centimeters, and then the corner of the bed is exposed. Fat people must be careful about being touched when passing by. As for the mattress, I tried it for two days and basically concluded that it is a spring type. For pillows, I must use the buckwheat pillow in the closet, otherwise I will definitely be uncomfortable at night. Then there’s the breakfast, which I still won’t take a picture of. It’s very, very average. The dishes are basically cold. You need to buy the so-called Cantonese breakfast by yourself. Based on the overall experience, if you have other choices, I would definitely not recommend coming here. Even if it can’t be compared with the Atour chain hotel I stayed at before, if I hadn’t been too lazy to change, I would definitely have gone to the Sofitel. I will definitely not choose it next time. I will stay here, and I will not recommend my colleagues to come here. I suggest that even if the hotel's hardware is not up to date, it may be able to get repeat customers if it improves the service. However, such outdated facilities and two-three-star service are really not worthy of four-star standards. .
