Jinhu Hotel

Some hotels are just for sleeping, but not this one. I checked in on the 5th floor, and the front desk staff thoughtfully provided a guide to local eateries. Following their recommendations that night, I didn't have a single bad meal. I spent a whole afternoon sitting by the window; the view from above was expansive, and all the fatigue from the week just melted away. Although parking costs money, there are security guards patrolling, ensuring smooth entry and exit. Safety is more important than saving a few bucks. This stay was completely hassle-free. Highly recommended.

The room was clean and tidy, the bathroom had no strange odors, and the facilities were complete. The front desk service was warm and attentive. The location is excellent, making travel very convenient!

I stayed here for my graduate school entrance exams and thought it was great. Even before turning on the AC, it was already quite warm, and the AC itself was very powerful. One day I set it to 29 degrees and it was stifling; 26 degrees was just right. The desk and chair for studying were also excellent, just the right height.

The front desk lady was very thoughtful and upgraded my room. The room was spacious with plenty of space and kept very clean. The best part is that even though the hotel is right on a plaza with plenty of food and drink options just downstairs, the soundproofing in the room was excellent. I could barely hear any street noise. Overall, everything was great.

The hygiene is terrible and the facilities are old; the windows are very dirty and have hardly been cleaned, and they are also broken and constantly letting in drafts; the curtains are also broken; the bed sheets and duvet covers are dirty and old with many black spots; the water heater keeps dripping and there is no hot water if it is turned off; the shower switch in the bathroom is broken; and there is a drilling noise starting at 8 am, which is so loud that it is impossible to rest; avoid it!

The soundproofing is terrible; light sleepers can't sleep at all. It's like pitching a tent on the street.

I shuttle between cities and hotels every week. During the busiest times, I race against time, meeting clients at the airport to schedule meetings and fly out that same day, or even discussing projects in a taxi as they're on their way to their next destination. So, arriving in a new city, sleeping on a comfortable pillow, enjoying a cozy hotel, eating delicious food, and hearing a unique dialect has become a way to soothe a weary body. Staying in a comfortable hotel in Henan truly heals me. ❤️🩹
