個人真實體驗，酒店總體來説價格方面相當實惠，房間很大光線很好，房間乾淨整潔無異味，床也很好軟硬適中，床品很乾凈，特別是前台瘦瘦長頭髮那個漂亮的小姐姐很熱情，和氣，位置也很好，南傘很滿意的一次住宿，祝生意興隆，財源滾滾客似雲來

態度極差經常來南傘這邊，訂了兩間房，連住了三晚，第三齣去玩3點左右回來退房，跟老闆説兩間房衹超時了3小時左右，可不不可以優惠一點，前台不給，打電話給老闆，老闆態度特別差，最終兩間房按照老闆的價格全額付款，而且入住這三天房間衞生也沒有好好打掃，這樣不講人情味的酒店以後再也不會去第二次。今天剛入住另外一家酒店，態度和這一家截然相反，幫拿行李，幫倒車，所以這條差評必須給永祥酒店。
