Wow! 🤩Where do I even begin?! This has been one of the most exceptional places I've ever stayed at🌃. Zhenyuan is one of my favorite cities in the world, but staying in this hotel room completely changed my previous experiences. Let's start from the beginning. First, the staff was extremely professional, welcoming, and efficient. I was able to directly send them my passport and my wife's I.D., so that helped us speed up the check-in process. The staff also didn't make any unnecessary comments when processing foreign documents. This shows professionalism and sets great standards! After checking in, a gentleman accompanied us to the hotel room, opened the door for us, and gave us a proper introduction to the room's facilities and functions. There were many different levels of excitement and so much appreciation. I informed management that I was celebrating my wedding with my wife and they made sure to show us exactly why this room uses the word "Romantic" in its title. They decorated the room with roses, gifted us a bouquet of flowers, and left us a bowl of fruits with the married symbols placed on the door and on the table. Wow! 🤩 The view of the hotel was already enough, but they went above and beyond to make sure we had a phenomenal stay. Afterwards, we spent a few minutes admiring the view by the river which is located at the highest floor of the hotel. It's private, the jacuzzi is amazing, the balcony has plenty of space, the room was extremely clean, and all of its amenities were of the highest quality. 👲🏽I've lived in China for 11 years, and I've traveled to 14 different countries, and trust me when I tell you, they offer you the greatest bath robes you will ever wear. The bath robes were so soft and silky, and you can clearly tell that they were made with high quality fabric🛀🏽. The toothbrush was also well designed 🪥, I loved that matt black style. The room's environment is very quiet, private, clean, organized, and nothing beats the view from the hotel room. The scenery is absolutely astonishing! You can relax in the jacuzzi while drinking some wine and enjoying the different shades of color the city turns into while the sun goes down. In addition, aside from what I just mentioned, the staff was so thoughtful to keep in mind that most of us come here to tour, so they sent me a map of the city, and a list of all of the popular tourist places to visit. This made it easier to quickly navigate what places we would have time to visit. 🛕
Honestly, a 5 star rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ is quite a low rating for the kind of service I was offered. I've never seen and experienced customer service at this kind of level. If and when I come back to Zhenyuan, there is no doubt in my mind that I will come back and stay here. It is truly worth the value and the view is truly breath taking! Amazing! Amazing!
