Fan Yun Mountain Villa River View Designer B&B (Zhusheng Bridge, Zhenyuan Ancient Town

Located on a street with guesthouses in the ancient city, the environment is decent, and the view from the window is quite good. The hygiene is acceptable. Since cars are not allowed into the ancient city after 9 AM, the guesthouse owner will help pick up guests.

This guesthouse is located within the scenic area, so you can't drive directly to it. You'll need to park about 1 km away, and then a small three-wheeled vehicle will pick you and your luggage up. The guesthouse itself is at the end of the pedestrian street, offering a quiet retreat despite being in a bustling area. It's very peaceful at night, making it ideal for guests who need a good sleeping environment. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to Zhusheng Bridge. The room was clean, with simple yet cozy decor and all the necessary facilities. The front desk lady was very busy but highly service-oriented, always responding to requests. The sofa in the lobby was very comfortable, and the view of the shimmering water outside, with lanterns decorating the opposite bank at night, was truly relaxing.

The room facilities were good, clean, and tidy, and the service was decent. However, the location is a bit out of the way.

This hotel is really good. They even helped us call a taxi for our rafting trip. After we finished rafting, the owner personally picked up all five of us. The evening views are beautiful and it's very quiet. You can also enjoy some fruit and chat with friends on the balcony! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Zhenyuan.

The room was very new and clean. The pictures show the view from the balcony. The bedding was comfortable, and the shower was also very clean. The toilet was a smart toilet. The lady at the front desk provided excellent service!

This hotel in Zhenyuan was a great find. It's right in the guesthouse street of the ancient town, very clean and quiet. It's close to Zhusheng Bridge, making it super convenient for exploring the old street and grabbing food. The view of Wuyang River right outside the window is absolutely beautiful!

I visited Zhenyuan Ancient Town in Guizhou this May, and before arriving, I compared several B&Bs and hotels. I ended up blindly choosing 'Fanyun Shanshe' and it felt like striking gold! Here's what I'd like to share with anyone planning a trip: After booking, the host proactively called me early to confirm directions and even drove to the parking lot to pick us up and drop us off at the hotel entrance. When we left, the lovely owner also helped us transport our luggage to the street – so thoughtful and kind. The entire room features floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing the Wuyang River. From the room, you can see both Qinglong Cave and Zhusheng Bridge. Zhenyuan evenings in May are incredibly cool and pleasant. Sitting by the window and watching the myriad lights illuminate on the opposite bank felt like a 'real-life Spirited Away.' The view alone makes the room price worth it! The B&B's cleanliness standards are top-notch. The overall room style is a vintage wabi-sabi aesthetic with beige tones. The bedding is soft and clean, and I particularly loved how spacious and separate the shower room was, with hot water coming on very quickly. All the bathroom fixtures are from well-known brands. The B&B offers both the tranquility of a secluded retreat and is super close to the main scenic spots! You can walk to Zhusheng Bridge, Qinglong Cave, and Shiping Mountain in just 3-5 minutes. The next morning, I climbed Shiping Mountain and gazed at the entire city from above – the 'Bagua City' truly lives up to its reputation!
