Zhenyuan Shanshe Hill Villa Private Hot Spring Homestay

Extremely satisfied! The room was clean and the facilities were new. There's a rooftop terrace with a great night view. The hostess was very thoughtful, providing welcome snacks and drinks, and giving us a detailed guide to local attractions. We drove, and the parking was a short distance from the guesthouse. The hostess rode her scooter to bring our luggage to the guesthouse and even helped carry it inside. The next day, she lent us an electric scooter to ride around. When we left, she not only helped us take our luggage to the parking lot but also gave us a small gift. Throughout our trip, many hotels tried various ways to get us to leave a good review. I thought this place would be no different, but they didn't mention it once. They truly earned their good reviews with their service and attitude. Oh, and their breakfast noodles were delicious! I'm not even a fan of noodles, but I finished the whole bowl.

The owner called a day in advance, and the B&B was absolutely wonderful. The room was stunning, my family loved it. The service was excellent and very welcoming; they even helped us arrange transportation. The kids played together, and the owner even gave us a souvenir when we checked out.

The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. There was one minor drawback for me, as I had my laptop and there was no proper desk. The small coffee table was too low, and the countertop by the sink was too high with no stool available. The rooftop view, however, was absolutely stunning.

The decor is very new and the place is spotless. The staff are amazing.

My best friend and I visited Zhenyuan and stayed at this hotel. The entire room featured a natural wood design, creating a relaxing atmosphere! The space was spacious, with a separate shower and toilet. It was equipped with a Dyson hairdryer, mouthwash, and plenty of snacks – very thoughtful details. The riverside balcony offered stunning night views without even leaving the room! The breakfast at the guesthouse was also quite good! The guesthouse manager was very welcoming and patient, readily helping with luggage and responding promptly to any requests. They even gave us a gift upon check-out! Truly excellent!

My trip lasted nine days, and this was the absolute best hotel I've ever stayed at. First, the hospitality: they picked me up and helped with my luggage as soon as I arrived. Upon arrival, there were generous welcome drinks and fruit delivered to my room, and they even left an umbrella for me when I went out. The room was simply amazing—clean, clean, clean! I can't stress this enough! I'm a bit of a clean freak when it comes to hotels, and this one made me feel very relaxed and at ease! The hotel faucets and bathroom fixtures were all Arrow brand, and the hairdryer was Laifen. The balcony was especially beautiful—see the pictures! A special tip: the breakfast was incredibly delicious, especially the seeds! Haha! I highly recommend it! They even gave me a souvenir when I checked out. 👍

This guesthouse was the most satisfying part of my trip to Zhenyuan, and I have to give a huge shout-out to the owners! They were incredibly kind and helpful. Upon arrival, they proactively helped with our luggage, meticulously planned our itinerary for exploring the ancient town, recommended authentic and affordable local snacks, and patiently resolved any problems we encountered. We felt like friends, and it was a rare and heartwarming experience to feel so at home while traveling. The guesthouse thoughtfully provided free electric scooters, which made exploring the Wuyang River, seeing the Zhusheng Bridge at night, and strolling around the surrounding area incredibly convenient. The rooms were spotless, and all the necessary amenities were provided. They considered even the smallest details, and their service was exceptionally attentive. There was no overly commercialized aloofness, only genuine and heartfelt hospitality. I highly recommend them to anyone visiting Zhenyuan!

The service and hygiene were comparable to, or even better than, a five-star standard. They helped with luggage, recommended tourist attractions, and prepared various snacks and afternoon tea. The breakfast was also clean and featured local specialties. The recommended dry pot beef was super delicious. The surrounding area was also very convenient, with plenty of good food options. Tiexi was also very cool.

I haven't been to Zhenyuan for several years, and I was surprised to find such a wonderful guesthouse. The service was impeccable, and everything was attentive to their needs. Following their recommendations for food and sightseeing was fantastic. The environment is comfortable, and the location near the new bridge makes it very convenient to get to the ancient town. Highly recommend it!
