本人入住的是202房間，房間沒有窗户，只有一個面向樓道的通風小小窗，又在樓梯口位置，一晚上人來人往，三更半夜時不時大聲喧嘩，聲音太吵了沒辦法睡。通風小小窗又關不緊透光，一晚上房間天亮了，對於什麼不好的人根本沒辦法睡。還有房間電視是壞的，問前台説壞了，開不了機。

一進門窗户關得緊，煙味很重；
這麼熱的天，房間有蚊子，找前台要蚊香液，回覆自己找找，沒服務阿姨；空調破舊，效果很差；
