看完這個點評我還不信能有這麼小，自己住完才發現衹有更小。
1.噪音大。空調衹要一開就有噪音，應該是空調壓縮機有問題了，衹要空調一開就有噪聲，根本睡不着。
2.空間小。空間非常小，而且是你想象不到的那種，如果説這個價位是在北上廣深香港這種一線城市我就不説什麼了，可這是在芷江；過道你甚至衹能側着身子走，橫着根本走不了
3.設施不完善。很難想象住了這麼多年的酒店，頭一次碰見連水龍頭都沒有的房間，真的是不敢相信；介紹説是有吹風機，可房間里根本就沒有；插座、開關甚至衹有一個，而且在床尾，位置十分刁鑽。
這個價位你在別的地方都能住到海景房，但在這裏你衹能住到這樣一個憋屈的小房間。本來對芷江的印象挺好的。可惜啊
總之，避坑！！！避坑！！！

比我想象中的要好，衞生條件和設施都可以，有免費的水，地理位置很好，離龍津風雨橋很近，樓下就是菜市場，買東西吃東西很方便，唯一不足的就是樓下菜市場鴨子五點就開始叫，我家又不想吹空調衹好開着窗，天不亮就聽到鴨子叫，被子有點厚，如果開空調應該可以解決以上問題。總體還是推薦

老闆娘老闆服務好，看我們年紀大提行李箱吃力，幫我們提上提下。性價比超高。有停車場。離龍津風雨橋很近，方便看夜景。離美食街也很近，很方便。

房間太小，平台上是15平米，實際上應該還沒10平米，就一張1.3米*2米左右的床緊挨着1平米左右的衞生間（洗臉盆都沒有），還有個0.6米*3米左右的過道，有一台壁掛空調，其他沒什麼了。

設施陳舊老破蚊子滿天飛，點了兩顆蚊帳還被咬夠嗆老闆倒是熱情但這代替不了環境和衞生被褥潮濕沒有飲用水我住的房間號8888名為商務酒店，實則小旅店，入住者慎重
