每天住賓館，也懶得去評價，這家賓館值得一評，有幾點：
1：服務：辦理入住找不到前台，等了20分鐘；攜程退房時間顯示14：00前，13點被服務員警告，老闆規定的退房時間是13：30，如果在13:30前不退房，將扣除按金，聽了非常生氣，你要侵犯客人權益，還要強詞奪理，誰給你的勇氣（作為服務行業，要懂得和客人溝通，不管你賓館有任何特殊規定，應該給客人解釋溝通，這種前台人員，老闆是為了趕走客人設定的嗎）
2.衞生：衞生確實很差，本來賓館價格也不貴，硬件好不好不説，衞生條件也不應該是這樣。整個房間下水道返臭嚴重。
3.早餐：早餐説實話和沒有是一樣的，其他不説，早餐的衞生條件堪憂！
建議：如果對衞生條件和服務有一點要求的人，建議繞行！！！

酒店房間很大，還有專門的洗衣機、陽台，晾衣服都很方便，周圍基礎設施都很完善，還有超市可以逛。

三人一起去鄭州出差，網上看酒店還行就去了。男人嘛，有張床睡覺就行，不在乎條件。酒店環境還不錯，周邊服務配套，超市，飯店就在樓下，十分方便。

房間裏的毛巾被褥等物品都很乾凈。
是個公寓型的酒店。
因為是鄭州郊區，所以附近比較清凈。
打車過來就在路邊挺方便。

網上訂的時候顯示可以兩點退房，1點打電話讓退房，不能到兩點退房不要顯示出來，酒店在一棟公寓樓裏，旁邊還是租户。

二百多訂的房還不如快捷酒店一百多的，和照片上差異太大，衞生和環境都差多了，服務態度也很差，早餐就兩個喝的三個菜，一百塊一晚可以，兩百不要訂
