Reception lady Wang Wenjie was very helpful. We arrived on an early flight and she tried her best to arrange earlier check in for us so that we can settle in and start touring. The cookies she gave was very tasty too.

The temperature in Henan Province in May had reached 30 degrees Celsius. It was not a big deal to ask the hotel for a few more bottles of water. However, the mini bar in the room was a little disappointing. There were only two bottles of cold drinks and two packs of biscuits.
