Feedback for Hilton Zhongshan ***************************** Good day Sir/Mdm, I have an excellent and enjoyable 15th Wedding Anniversary stay in Executive Suite (King- bed) at Hilton Zhongshan from 1 Dec-2 Dec. Services provided by the staffs were outstanding. Everything was smooth from check in, during stay and check out. I would like to compliment the following staffs for their wonderful service provided by them. Names are shown indicated as below; I definitely will come back here to celebrate our wedding anniversary at this hotel again next year. Beautiful rooms and the hot spring was big with a lot of option. We love the sauna there. There’s this heating stone where you can lie down and have massage. It was amazing. We really enjoyed the stay there for a birthday celebration. They even prepared a cake for us which is so kind and sweet. Highly recommending if you are traveling with your family! as hotel guest you have unlimited access to the hot spring.

I booked a hotel for a client and said it was very comfortable and I would stay there next time.

Convenient for travel, the hotel is hygienic, it’s an experience and a better trip. The hotel is in a good location, close to the surrounding area, and the internal sanitary environment is clean. I will come here next time.

Arrived in the early morning, the room card cannot be used for the elevator, but there is no room card. It's bad early in the morning. Then try breakfast first. There are too many people. I can't see a place. I asked the uncle. I actually found it. I couldn't find it myself. I couldn't find one person. He didn't know the situation. He asked me to sit opposite the family of four. Everyone is robbing food. In fact, the pile of food doesn't want to eat when I see it. I'm waiting for Toshi to take it in front of you. If you don’t eat, go downstairs and the system is still not good. The front desk will send me to the room directly. In fact, a lot of cockroaches because they dropped something, the bottom of the bed opened the skirt, and there were paper towels and bottoms. I was very disgusting. I didn’t dare to find it. The location is very convenient and the parking lot is also very large. We have one room for one person, the female common room, the male will upgrade the suite.

The hotel is a but run down, could use a little bit more renovation, the hotel staff is not very friendly; there is police checking if you are a foreigner, he asked as if you're a criminal, he will take pictures of your invitation letter, passport, and disrespectfully take pictures of your group together; the breakfast service is on the disappointment side, not many choices in comparison to the price; the only good thing about the hotel is the location, amenities, and room space as it's supposed a 4 star hotel. Forgot to say, despite cleaning service, the restroom is still a bit dirty.

Facilities goes old, air conditioning was out of order for the first room and rain tree showers was damaged in the second room. Asked for maintenance during mid night which is very inconvenience to guest. The incidents were reflected to their front offer and gave a red wine only for recovery. However, their buffet dinner impressed with seasonal hairy crab and lots of seafood. Yummy!

The transportation is convenient and the surrounding businesses are developed. I will continue to stay here if I plan to come again next time.

The hotel has been open for many years, and the surrounding environment is well-equipped, with everything to eat, drink and play. The hotel lobby has been newly renovated, making it feel much younger. The room facilities are also very complete, with free WI-FI and free chargers. It is really convenient. The bathroom and toilet are separated. Dry and wet separation is very good, hygienic and meticulous, clean and tidy. There is also Cantonese-style morning tea on the 7th floor of the hotel. It is very satisfying to eat authentic snacks. There is free parking on the first floor downstairs. There are enough parking spaces. Don’t worry. The beautiful woman at the front desk directly registered my license plate for me when I checked out. Thank you very much! Will come again if I have the chance.
