Location is excellent!! There are lots of beverage shop downstairs, and lawson is nearby. Every weekday morning the hotel offer coffee and bread with a cheap price!

Feel like I am staying in Japan. Breakfast has a lot of varieties especially the bread 🥪🍞 is very good. Staff is very helpful & location is convenient to other places.

The overall experience was not so great. Not sure it's because we checked in quite late at night. There was no one at the lobby reception, and we waited a while when someone realized our arrival. The handwriting of the room number on our room card envelop was poor, and hence we went to the wrong room and it's quite embarrassing. The size of the room was quite small as compared with similar room rate at other hotels in Zhong Shan. However, it's neat and clean, the breakfast is good and the location is excellent.

Very poor experience and super not value for money ! 1. Insufficient staff at front desk 2. Request for room service take long time. Almost an hour for a bucket of ice. 3. Insufficent rubbish bin in room; tissues; blocked toilet 4. Concierge blunt attitude when asking for parking direction 5. $900+ for such a small room at Zhongshan is absolutely nonsense. 6. Poor room design with low sense of privacy which when door is opened; can completely see through the room. 7. TV is with very low voice. 8. When I give these feed back to hotel via email; management did give a a quick response. Thus, not convincing to invite me giving them second chance and go again! Do you think with that poor experience I will come back again!?

New and modern! Super clean and innovative interior. We loved the yoga mats in the rooms. Definitely coming back here. Really good bread for breakfast available.
