Crowne Plaza ZHONGSHAN TORCH HIGH-TECH ZONE by IHG

InterContinental's quality is consistently excellent, and I'm a long-time customer. The hotel just opened recently and has a superb location. Front desk staff, Xiao Peng, was diligent, enthusiastic, and thorough. The breakfast was plentiful. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Zhongshan.

This is a new hotel with a very modern design overall. However, the fact that you can't adjust the AC temperature is ridiculous. Guangdong winters can be unpredictably cold or hot in an instant! It was really hot the night I stayed. The AC only blows hot air, and if you turn it off, there's a strong new renovation smell. So I was too hot to sleep, and didn't get any rest all night. I hope you take guest feedback into consideration!

I always trust Crowne Plaza; it's my top choice for travel. The front desk duty manager, Lulu, was especially thoughtful. My child had just passed the 1.2-meter height limit, and she arranged breakfast for them. We had a very comfortable stay.

The hotel is grand and well-managed. The lobby staff are professional, friendly, and provide warm, courteous service. This is a new hotel, so the facilities are very modern. I noticed a small issue after checking in, but the staff were quick to resolve it, which was great. The breakfast buffet features Cantonese specialties, and the ginger milk pudding was absolutely delicious! 😋

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. Jalen, the handsome bellboy, was incredibly welcoming and helpful upon check-in. He even assisted us quickly and professionally with sending a package, which we really appreciated!
