HUALUXE Zhongshan City Center

This is our second stay at this hotel, and the views are absolutely stunning! The staff were very friendly and attentive, and we were extremely satisfied with their service. This time, our stay included a complimentary minibar, which was well-stocked with a great selection of drinks and snacks. The hotel manager even provided free breakfast, and eating breakfast while watching the Ferris wheel was a truly delightful experience. Their breakfast spread offers a wide variety of fresh options, much better than other hotels we've stayed at. The hotel price is also very reasonable, making it a great value for money. Highly recommended!

My stay this time was truly comfortable, and I have to give a special shout-out to Carina! She was incredibly kind and efficient. Whenever I had a problem, she was very attentive and handled it wonderfully, making my experience absolutely fantastic. The hotel environment is also excellent; the room was clean and quiet. The hotel experience was great in every aspect. The location is in the city center, with shops downstairs and plenty of food options nearby. It's convenient for getting around, including easy access to Sunwen West Road and other places. The hotel room environment was also good. The front desk staff, Tina, provided thoughtful and meticulous service, considering all aspects.

Manager Zhong Lian was great; their follow-up service was thorough. I'll definitely bring friends here again next time, it was a good experience.

Stayed with children, the room was neat and clean, and we had a good night's sleep. The front desk staff, Junhua, was enthusiastic and professional. The breakfast selection was quite rich. Since it's located with a commercial area, for parking, I recommend entering from the corner entrance, as it's closer to the hotel elevator and leads directly to the 47th-floor lobby.

During the summer holiday, I took my kids to experience different hotels. This new hotel was clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were spotless, and the kids had a great time. We'll definitely bring the family back here next time we have the chance.

The room was excellent, and the soundproofing was great. Carina Zhaoyi at the front desk was polite and friendly, guiding us expertly in both Cantonese and Mandarin. I'll definitely be coming back for another stay!
