The hotel room was spacious and clean. Breakfast, served until 9:30 AM, offered a good variety including vegetables, noodles, soup, and fruit. Both ground-level and underground parking were available, which was very convenient. The location was excellent, about a 10-minute drive from Sun Yat-sen's Former Residence Memorial Museum and Guangdong Zhongshan Cuiheng National Wetland Park. The hotel is situated on a national highway with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby.

The hotel lobby has a very high ceiling with cloud-shaped lights, and there are fresh flowers in the book bar area, giving off a lovely, subtle aroma that isn't overpowering at all. The atmosphere is really elegant and the room is also very spacious with excellent facilities. The housekeeping staff are very welcoming too. I'll definitely be back if I have the chance.

The price-performance ratio at Kaiya Hotel is simply unbeatable. The shower water temperature was perfect and the water pressure was excellent. The shower gel and shampoo were really good; I even bought a bottle of each because I loved the scent so much. I also appreciated that the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, so the whole place didn't get soaked. There are plenty of food options around the hotel downstairs, and it's very close to the market, where you can buy some quality dried seafood to take home.

Room was excellent, grand comfortable& well furnished, though a bit worn. Staff at front desk need to be friendlier. Location is off for a tourist, but thats my fault for choosing this hotel. Many shops & restaurants around

The hotel is very cost-effective and has complete supporting facilities. The pillows are also very comfortable. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry. The stay is very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Nanlang. The lady at the front desk is also very polite. Like, like [strong][strong]
