到酒店是下午兩點左右，早上起的比較早，是回老家給祖先們燒紙了，到了就到房間補覺了，大概四點半五點左右，聽到有人拿房卡開門，還在問有沒有人，我喊了一嗓子，聽到外面在嘟囔什麼，聽不清楚説的，因為太困了，就繼續睡了，門我是反鎖過的，所以覺得應該從外面打不來，等到睡醒，晚上7點了，感覺冷，就把空調打開了，但發現温度一直是17度，不往上走，下樓去吃飯後回來問空調的事，前台告我，這個天氣不需要空調製暖，中央空調就關了，服氣了他們領導的説詞，等我回到房間想看電視，發現居然沒有信號，又問前台（我都不好意思再找前台的小姐姐了）前台説他們領導沒有續費，我去，這麼大個酒店，真的是震驚了我

在預訂之前，看到冠以“國際酒店”以為這家酒店的品位應該是很不錯，但是等實際入住後卻發現，是我想多了。酒店除了前台的二個服務員略顯年輕外，其餘的設施設備均屬於陳舊物品，如：房間內的電視是打不開的；房間內的裝飾應該是上個年代裝修的，衞生間也衹能湊合著上個廁所，二個淋浴頭也衹能用一個。早餐餐廳的服務員看上去像是討債的，早餐的品質還算是豐富吧，但餐品很一般。早餐的餐廳內冷得要命，早餐吃的時間長估計會感冒。如果萬不得已，我是不會再入住的。祝好吧！

酒店的服務非常專業，房間的細節處理的很好，讓人感到非常温馨和舒適，員工的服務也非常周到細緻，餐飲菜品美味可口，讓人感到非常滿足和愉悦。 周邊有很多景點和購物中心，出行便利，整體感覺非常不錯，房間乾淨整潔，設施也很齊全，服務也非常周到，酒店員工都非常友好和專業，整體的服務水平很高。

我是11月29日入住的，入住當時前台服務非常不好，但一想下高速晚了也就住下了，當時讓我交了200塊錢按金，第二天退按金四個服務員你推她她推你的，就是百般刁難我不給退，開發票也不給開，29號執班長頭髮瘦瘦的女的可懶了，我八點打前台打電話不接，我要退房打電話也不接。因為我要求退按金四個人跟我一個人打，另外空調沒有半夜能凍醒。

整體來説環境，衞生，設施還都是可以的，但前台的服務有待提高，提前通過平台預訂的房間，在辦理入住的過程中前台工作人員並未完全確認訂單訊息的情況下，首先將房型搞錯在告知之後才給做的調整，緊接着又要付款什麼按金，在告知平台預訂之後才告知搞錯了，這種服務態度一點也感受不到專業。
