I have been to Putuo Mountain many times. This time I wanted to stay on the island. I saw the high rating on Ctrip, so I chose this hotel. I was not disappointed. The stay experience was very good. The butler service was very considerate. Every customer and butler had their own group. Any request was responded to and resolved in a timely manner. The smart devices in the room were also very easy to use. The view outside the window was also very good. You could see Nanhai Guanyin in the distance. In short, it was a very pleasant stay!

During this trip to Putuo Mountain, I chose to live on the mountain because it was more convenient to bring the elderly and children. I did a lot of homework before coming, and finally chose our Putuo Mountain Hotel after comprehensive consideration. It turns out that my choice was wise. First of all, I want to praise our housekeeper Xiao Qiu, the service is really warm and in place. I added my WeChat in advance and upgraded our room for free, I am very grateful. When I left, because of some reasons, I asked to be a little later, and I also applied for a slightly delayed check-out for us. The hotel provides round-trip hotel pick-up service from the pier, and the concierge is also very good to help us with the luggage. We were also given tea coupons, and a cup of tea was also given a teacup. The hygiene, environment and facilities of the room are undoubtedly good. Of course, there are some shortcomings, that is, the sound insulation is really not very good, and the mother and daughter next door can hear the content of the conversation clearly, but fortunately everyone rests about the same time. Overall, the hotel is quite good in all aspects, it can be scored 9 points, and the food in the restaurant tastes good. Next time I come, I will consider Putuo Mountain Hotel again, and I wish everyone better and better.

I have stayed at this hotel for 4 consecutive years. I am very satisfied with the hotel. It is very convenient to go out. It is a 5-minute walk from Puji Temple and meals are right at the door. The only thing I am not satisfied with this time is that it is too noisy. The team went to the morning class at about 3 o'clock. It was too noisy. I finally fell asleep, but was woken up again when I came back from the morning class at 6 o'clock in the morning. I didn't sleep well for 2 nights in a row. I had a headache in the morning and went to the hospital opposite. 😂

And helped us book tickets for the Guanyin performance in advance! I was impressed by the enthusiastic and meticulous service spirit. The room was also a surprise! It should be a room that was renovated not long ago, with complete facilities, clean and tidy, and the bedding, especially the quilt, was very comfortable, which is really important for rest after the tour! The shuttle bus to and from the hotel is very convenient. In short, this trip was unexpectedly satisfactory.

The hygiene was unexpected, spotless. For people like us who are obsessed with cleanliness, we would wipe it ourselves, and the towels were all clean. Xilei Building is the main building with an elevator, which is convenient for luggage to go up and down. Needless to say, the room is very small, after all, it is an old hotel, but the service is perfect. A lucky bag was also given, which is great. I went to Putuo Mountain on May Day and was lucky to book this hotel. The service was first-class. Once we got on the island, we handed our luggage to the pick-up staff and went to visit the attractions easily. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk service attitude was very good. The receptionist must help push the luggage and send it to the room. The room hygiene is also very good, the room service is timely, and the bed is very comfortable. Because it rained the next day, I slept a long sleep, packed up and went out to play until the evening. Before leaving the island, the hotel helped to send the luggage to the pier. Really, the service is so considerate, highly recommended!

Excellent. The quality is really good compared to the price. The breakfast is very decent. The cake at the cafe is nice. Complimentary tea & cookies at the lobby are very good. When we saw the tea table at the business corner. We instantly fell in love with it and asked the receptionist to use it. Too bad that it’s private and not in use. But she offered to bring tea set to our room for us too. Full Chinese tea set. I’m totally mind blowing. The best hotel and area I’m staying so far during my trip to China (Beijing, Hangzhou, Tianjin, Xi’an)

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff greeted me with warm hospitality. They were attentive to my needs and provided helpful information about the hotel's services and nearby attractions. The room was tastefully decorated and well-appointed with modern amenities. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the well-designed bathroom. The room's balcony provided a lovely spot to enjoy the sea breeze and stunning sunsets. The hotel's dining options were diverse and satisfying. I particularly enjoyed the fresh seafood dishes served at the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, catering to different palates. The Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel's on-site facilities were also impressive. The swimming pool was well-maintained, and the spa provided a delightful way to relax after a day at the beach. As mentioned earlier, the hotel's connection to the Westin added an extra layer of convenience. Guests could access additional amenities such as fitness centers, upscale dining venues, and more, creating a seamless blend of relaxation and indulgence. Overall, my stay at the Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel was exceptional. The location has numerous spots for having meals. There were a lot of restaurants all mostly catering seafood dishes. Which I thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect beachfront escape in Zhoushan.

The newly opened hotel has a good overall environment and good service. The location of the hotel is very good. Downstairs is Baolong Plaza. You can go directly from the hotel's dedicated underground parking lot B2 to the outdoor commercial street of Baolong Plaza. There are Yintai and Kaihong and a China Resources supermarket across the road. The environment of the hotel is good, and all the decoration designs are quite pleasing to my eyes. It is the best I have stayed in Zhoushan so far. When I checked in, we were automatically upgraded to a room type✌️✌️✌️. If there is a flaw, it is this door. There is no buffer. You have to pull it when closing the door, otherwise it will be automatically closed. The sound is relatively loud. When the guests next door or nearby come back to close the door in the middle of the night, I feel that it affects my sleep a little. Oh, by the way, I don’t know if it’s because we live on the 20th floor, which is relatively high, the water temperature is a bit unstable, and it is easy to get hot when taking a shower.
