When the enthusiastic young man heard that I wanted to live in a room facing the pier, he arranged a very kawaii room for me very considerately and warmly. When I arrived at the room, I was touched by the cute layout inside. The whole room was very warm, clean and bright, and the big window faced the pier. Whether it was borrowing an umbrella the next day or storing a suitcase, the young brothers at the front desk were very thoughtful and considerate throughout the whole process, and the service was very attentive. Because it was still early for the plane to take off, I rested in the lobby. During this period, several uncles and aunts came to ask about many information about the mahjong room. This kind of conversation between the younger generation and the elders showed enough patience in the young brother. An uncle needed hot water and needed to go to the restaurant opposite. When the uncle was about to walk over, a young brother said enthusiastically, I will go with you. These little things made me feel the importance that the operator (manager) of this hotel attaches to management. It's very close to the pier. I booked this hotel for convenience. I booked a double room and a standard room with my friends. The decoration is quite good, the double bed room is large and has a small balcony. The service attitude is also very good, and some small gifts (drinks and snacks) are given for check-in. However, the lights in the room are a bit dark, and I personally prefer brighter ones. Overall, it is satisfactory.

I travel to Zhoushan several times a year, and I always choose this hotel. It has a good location, convenient parking, great service, and a rich variety of breakfast. Every year when I go to the island, I will stay at Putuoshan Hotel. I like Meichen Road. It is not only close to Puji Temple, but also has a lot of food😄 There used to be a Meichen Restaurant, but now it is full of restaurants and coffee shops, which is suitable for us who want to go shopping and eat at night🤭 After booking the room this year, Xiao Xu from the marketing department added me on WeChat and told me about the precautions and weather forecast. It happened that the station at Puji Temple was under renovation and could not stop. She also gave us advice on how to go, including caring about us after arriving on the same day and checking out the next day. I give her a big thumbs up👍 This time, because the station was under renovation, I took the hotel shuttle bus twice. It felt okay. It said that it would take half an hour to leave from the pier, but it actually felt that the bus would leave as soon as there were too many people. It took less than five minutes to get to the hotel. It was also super convenient to go to the pier after checking out in the morning. Anyway, I will still stay at her place when I go to the island next year😏

The hotel is in a good location, just near Puji Temple. There are many restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. We also provide pick-up and drop-off services from the pier. Although the room is on the small side, it is understandable on the island and the hygiene is good. I will consider staying here next time I go to Putuo Mountain.

The main reason is that the room is a bit small and the cost performance is slightly low. The bath water is very strong, the room is relatively quiet, and the tea sets and Buddhist tea provided are great! The overall service of the hotel is good, and the pier pick-up saves the trouble of queuing for the bus. But there are still some imperfections in the management (first, regarding the dock pick-up, the Internet prompts that you need to call one hour in advance, but after the call is connected, the customer service asked you to contact again when you arrived at the departure dock. After that, they said that you should call again at the disembarkation dock or go to the small parking lot to find the hotel shuttle bus. If there is no shuttle bus, just wait for a while..., which makes first-time guests a little uncomfortable; second, I wanted to write the Heart Sutra on Putuo Island. Because I traveled by air and did not check in luggage, I brought pen and paper but no ink. In the past, I could always buy or find some ink in the local area. Who knew that after arriving on the island, I searched a lot in hotels, supermarkets, and convenience stores on the street. I went to seven or eight stores, and searched ** and express delivery for a long time... but there was no ink anywhere. So I asked Could the hotel help me find some ink? But the lobby and room attendants said they didn't have any. Objectively speaking, this is not the hotel's fault. The funny thing is that there are desks, felt mats, pen holders, antique and various writing tools in the hotel lobby (see Figure 6), but there is no ink. Why is it necessary to put it like this? Later, the owner of a small shop said something that made me give up the idea of ​​looking for it - he said that if children on our island want to learn calligraphy, they have to go outside the island to buy ink. It is estimated that only temples have ink for writing scriptures, so I had to give up. Third, although the breakfast is rich in variety, almost all the tables are messy after 7 o'clock. The main reason is that there are too few waiters and they can't clean up. Management should be strengthened)
