Everything perfect, room service needs to pull up their socks!

The Westin in Zhoushan is a very large resort style property. We had a warm welcome from the front desk staff named Franky. He explained to us details about the hotel and how to visit the beach. The room was large and clean. Housekeeping staff did a good job cleaning it and bringing extra water and towels for our children. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast food. Most of the food was bland and lacked a true western style breakfast. The coffee tasted bad and some of the food items were empty. The service in the café was fine, no complaints about the service. I recommend this hotel to someone wanting a weekend getaway. There are many local seafood restaurants next to the hotel.

Hotel is absolutely beautiful and quiet, room is clean, bed is comfy, tv has news channel broadcast in English, the lobby boy is attentive and helping out our luggages in and out, bottle water in the room are refillable, breakfast has a great selection of Chinese cuisine, western section was ok. We had dinner in the Chinese restaurant, the food are delicious, only was confused by the rice and congee serving portion.

The hotel is fine but it's way too expensive for the services provided. At breakfast I always struggled to find any free table and the trays were always empty, I understand that during peak hours there could be a lot of people but since it's quite expensive, I would expect that they would organize better. The beach has to be payed separately (only one entrance is included) and to swim it's mandatory to wear a life vest. The swimming pool is ok but they don't have enough chairs and sun umbrellas so you have to stay under the sun.

Beautiful resort on the beach. Just be aware that the outdoor pool is only open during a very short time period in the year. The indoor pool is however very nice.

Great hotel for a holiday. The hotel is very big and have beach access. Didn’t leave our villa much and staff were great.

The Westin Resort Hotel is simply a shining pearl for vacation! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt like I was in a quiet and luxurious world. The lobby is spacious and bright, with elegant decoration. The friendly smile and warm greetings of Xiao Liang, the front desk staff, made me feel at home instantly. He also took the initiative to upgrade the room I booked and gave me a beach ticket. I am especially grateful The room is warm and comfortable, and every detail shows quality. The bed is as soft as a cloud, and people don't want to get up once they lie on it. The beautiful scenery outside the window is even more picturesque, whether it is the gorgeous sunrise or the tranquility of the night, you can see it all. The leisure facilities are even more complete. The swimming pool is crystal clear and the surrounding environment is beautiful. Swimming in it is like being integrated with nature. The advanced equipment in the gym allows me to maintain the habit of exercise while on vacation. Here, you can enjoy top-level services, relax your body and mind, and feel the charm of nature. The Westin Resort Hotel is definitely my first choice every time I go on vacation!
