房間設施雖有年代感了但是卻特別的乾淨整潔，床品很舒適，尤其是枕頭，對於我這個對睡眠質量要求比較高的人來説，很合適。其次是酒店服務特別貼心，客房大姐很熱心，見面了都會打招呼，打掃房間的服務員陳周瑩非常細心，幫我把衣服都疊放整齊了；前台張敏服務也很好，微笑問好 還主動幫我介紹酒店周邊景區；在餐廳點了餐，可能是我本人口味偏淡，總體感覺有點鹹了，但不是很影響個人心情。
值得推薦的酒店，衞生Good ！服務Good ！

房間乾淨衞生，服務周到，剛進門工作人員就送來了電暖器讓房子先暖和起來，晚點也幫打開了空調，工作人員還貼心的送來了小孩的拖鞋，送來了水果和酸奶，服務真的很哇塞，表揚工作人員張敏，樑珂，很貼心，工作人員也都是有求必應，很滿意的一次體驗，對面就是秦嶺四寶，帶孩子玩也比較方便。

前台張敏小姐姐服務特別熱情，為我們介紹四寶館和周邊可以遊玩的景點，客房大姐也很熱情禮貌，酒店區域遇到的每一位工作人員都會熱情照顧，很有温暖的酒店。距離四寶館非常近，走過去很方便。房間乾淨，孩子特別喜歡，值得再來。

這家酒店是我們2024年春節旅行遇到的最好的酒店了，價格實惠，星級體驗，停車位很多，環境優雅，免費的早餐很好，品類很多，送了水果，還送了小朋友熊貓頭箍，客服小姐姐張敏，樑珂，張樂非常熱情，雖然沒有拍酒店內部照片，絕對物超所值，性價比高。

房間乾淨舒適，送水果，送雙人温泉，含自助早餐，超級划算。張敏和樑珂服務熱情，非常滿意。中餐廳的菜味道菜量都很不錯。酒店地理位置非常好，出酒店大門就是四寶館，住一天温泉也泡了，美食也吃了，七仔也看了，性價比超高，已推薦給身邊的朋友。

過年，早餐早早就沒了多半東西，等了40分鐘也沒補。 挺好的位置，房間也很有意思。 軟配置差，硬件可以的。套房有汗蒸，酒店為什麼不宣傳呢？ 這算賣點的呀。 客房服務很負責也很和氣。
酒店接待能力不行，前台電話沒有5 分鐘打不通。

非常滿意，經理提前打電話過來詢問入住需求，客房服務員熱情幫助我們調好房間的電視，感受到西安人民好客熱情，距離四寶科學公園太近了，門票不貴，我體驗了多次入園看七仔，下次來看熊貓一定還會入住這個酒店，還體驗了酒店的温泉，人不多環境非常好，酒店餐廳的飯菜可口價格不貴，周圍還有森林公園，下次過來再好好玩一下
