Jiatai Chain Business Hotel (Zhuanghe High-speed Railway Station)

The room is actually OK. I have always stayed at their place. It was very humane before. But now it is getting worse. You need to ask the waiter to tell you to clean the room before you extend your stay. They only give you two bottles of water every day, not more. They don't even check my room number when I call to check it. They don't even tell me when I can't find my room after drinking too much. They charge visitors without ID cards. We are staying in a hotel, not in jail. It is so inhumane. Which hotel is like this? There is no freedom.

This check-in experience was not very good. As soon as I entered the room, the room smelled of cigarettes. There were cigarette butts in the ashtray that had not been cleaned. There was a lot of noise outside the room early in the morning.

I'm so angry. This is the most unsatisfactory hotel I have ever stayed in. It discriminates against customers! You can get free water when booking with Home Inn members, but not when booking with Ctrip. Mineral water needs to be charged separately for 3 yuan a bottle, and a 200 yuan deposit is required. Secondly, the shower is a ceiling shower, and there is no hand shower. Call the front desk and ask. At the beginning, they said that all the rooms with hand showers were sold out. When I checked in, I didn’t inform the front desk that rooms with hand showers were needed. Hand showers are a must-have for hotel hardware. Why should your hotel make consumers pay for your own renovation? I Did I pay you a penny less for the room? The smell in the bathroom is terrible, the smell of smelly feet mixed with musty smell! I won’t go again. I have the nerve to hang out with Home Inn. I won’t go again. I advise everyone not to go. It’s just a trap🕳

The environment is clean and hygienic! The facilities are good; At the linen door on the fifth floor, I simply said that there was an accessory that was lost but could not be found. A male staff member immediately led the waiter to the room to help find it. Great! The water bar in the lobby is very good, hot drinks are free! The sound insulation of the room could be improved and it would be perfect.
