非常不滿意的一次入住！非常糟糕！酒店人員應該接受培訓，完全沒有服務行業人員該有的職業素質！
1、進入房間，發現房間有別人使用過的煙頭、打火機，床單也是破了一個洞，酒店不該做到一客一換嗎？前面客人退房後不檢查不打掃的嗎？
2、我好生好氣和前台聯繫，告知房間情況，提出需要換房，結果前台連基本情況都不瞭解，馬上冷言冷語地説是由於我們之前拿了房卡進入，我請問我拿了房卡我就一定馬上進入嗎？前台不想着瞭解情況解決問題，反而倒打顧客一耙！這是什麼素質，真的是被氣炸了，第一次遇到這種！
3、房間的座機、吹風機都是壞的
4、早餐説是9點半結束，結果9點到幾乎沒什麼吃的，煮麪的攤位都已經收了，連稀飯都沒了，乾淨的碗也沒有！！！簡直就是離譜

酒店一般，也不看床單破破爛，就這樣換上，睡覺也不太舒服，還沒有到時間就開始打電話，吵着睡不好，酒店還有兩元買個刮鬍子🪒的刮鬍刀。真的是夠了

一進門放包的時候就看見桌子上有上一波客人呢長頭髮…一拉被子，被子上有中性筆畫的印子…準備洗漱的時候一看漱口杯…天…還有以前的客人刷完牙留下的牙膏沫子…環境這麼好的酒店，衞生真的不應該是這樣的…

之前住過一次感覺還可以，所以這次才繼續訂。但是這次滿滿槽點！！店家如果還不重視遲早等着倒閉！
1.第一次給了我們一個803房間，一進去一股屎味，特別明顯，立馬要求換了一個房間，前台衹是説下水道的問題，前台服務質量真的很低，直麪問題不要找藉口可以嗎！
2.房間的電話完全是擺設，聯繫前台還需要自己拿手機找電話打，就是不想方便住客聯繫才這樣做的嗎？
3.廁所是感應燈，請問我晚上上廁所不需要開燈嗎？幾十秒就需要人為發出聲音動一下，否則廁所全黑，請問這種設計為了什麼？
4.廁所花灑又高又散，從那麼高的地方撒下來都是冷的，而且水一會熱一會冷，很不穩定，住在旁邊的家人也是一樣的反饋。
5.靠近廣場的那一面8樓從早上7點多開始就蹦蹦蹦的廣場舞音樂響起，一直響到九點多，自己打電話找前台告知他們也沒有辦法，並且是理所當然地拒絕，請搞清楚這是你們的事不是消費者的事。
6.服務態度很差，具體不點誰了，可以説完全沒有服務，每次都是回覆冷漠，一副事不關己的樣子。我訂的沒有早餐的房間，想問問能不能給個好評送兩個，前台很冷漠的回答，冷笑一下説，送也最多送一個。我們有兩個人，你送一個噁心誰呢，不如不送。這是我的需求你當然可以拒絕，但是可以看出處理問題的方式很不專業，前台能力很差，希望老闆重視！

當地（莊浪）縣裡最好的一家酒店（相比，價格還很便宜）。正好要看看最大規模的人工梯田，休息一晚。衹是車衹能放到大門口自己挪開車位擋牌，需要留神磕碰。
晚上，梯田廣場上跳舞音樂四起，絕不停歇，生活樂趣。
前台幾位小同事主動問候，介紹推薦店內餐廳。
酒店，衞生和結構總體上也還不錯。
早餐很一般，品種不多，距離4星還有較大距離。早餐也夠吃飽，乾淨衞生是沒問題。

衞生一般，沒打掃乾淨，衞生間和客廳 馬桶都有頭髮，毛巾有些潮，不像新換的，床單被罩應該是換過的，但是上面有明顯污漬，沒洗乾淨
