We enjoyed a relaxed and convenient stay at this hotel. The attentive staff consistently cleaned our room and promptly refilled our drinking water bottles, ensuring that we felt right at home. One of the standout features is its prime location—just steps away from the Hengqin Port, making it incredibly easy to access Macau. Additionally, we're only a 5-6 minute drive from Chimelong Ocean Kingdom and other nearby attractions, while the Gongbei border is just 20-26 minutes away. The friendly reception staff also spoke English fluently, making communication effortless for us as international travelers. The check-in process was seamless, and the express check-out made our departure hassle-free. All in all, this hotel provided a fantastic base for exploring the area, with all the comforts and convenience we could ask for! Convenience extends beyond the hotel itself; there are numerous restaurants, malls, and grocery stores nearby. A short walk through the underpass at Hengqin Port will bring you to Ponto Square, where you can explore even more dining and shopping options.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is fantastic, close to Ponto and Hengqin Port, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. It’s also very convenient for visiting Chimelong. Whether for business or leisure, this is a great choice, and I would definitely stay here again!

Location is good ,it’s right next to HengQin Port, with shopping malls and foods walking distance from the lobby of the apartment . Cleanness will need to improve, stains found in the shower and kitchen , not very pleased. Bathroom a bit small , but everything else is ok .

Maybe it's because we already stayed in the same building before on our 1st night, maybe it's because we already figured/explored our way of getting around using "shortcuts", end ends that contain only lifts etc. The location is actually really superb if you are planning to explore Hengqin or using this as a "launchpad" to explore other parts of Zhuhai or china. It's literally right next to the Hengqin customs, below is the Hengqin train station that connects to Zhuhai airport, Chimelong or the other direction to Gongbei. Having stayed 2 different apartments, 1 would expect the check in process to be similar...wow in this aspect I was actually impressed. Went to register name, checked Trip.com booking reference etc, the gentlemen in the counter actually escorted us to our room!!! Show use the way to walk to our apartment, showed us how to unlock the smart lock, where are the switches, facilities, aircon etc. WOW!!! Who does that? Not even Marriot does that for me Same problem as Wellmen tho, water pressure in the shower. Our conclusion is that it's a building management problem and not the hotel problem. Million dollar question...Would I come back and stay here? If i'm exploring only HengQin, yes. But most of the time i'm exploring other parts of china via High Speed Rail, so I would much prefer to stay in GongBei.

The hotel apartment has good facilities and a superior geographical location. It is right next to the Hengqin Port, which is convenient for coming from or going to Macau. To visit Zhuhai Ocean Kingdom, the bus is just 6 stops downstairs and it takes 15 minutes by taxi.

The only good thing about the room is that it is a little bit bigger than the average hotel. The location is OK. But the quality of all kinds of supplies is not good, and the hygiene is very average. It is not as convenient as a regular hotel.

The front desk clerk is very nice and has a good attitude. If you arrive early and have a room, you can pick it up early and store your luggage. Check out was quick and easy. Close to Hengqin Port, Qinming Shopping Mall is convenient and there are many restaurants to choose from.
