This is our top choice for a transit hotel in Macau when traveling with kids. The location is superb, and it's essential for anyone attending a show in Macau. Fantastic location, an absolute must-stay hotel if you're catching a show in Macau. The staff, especially Rainey and Nora, and everyone else, were incredibly warm and attentive. There are shops nearby, and the location is excellent for getting around. I'll definitely be back! I found the room to be small but charming. Overall, the facilities felt new. The staff on our floor were particularly excellent. The view outside the window was just average, in my opinion, though one room could see Macau University. The king-size bed was quite large, making it a bit inconvenient for people to move around inside the room, but everything else was great. Extremely close to the border crossing, super convenient! Just follow the signs, and the elevator takes you right down – no worries about the rain. The whole hotel is clean and tidy, and the A/C is strong enough. The room layout is very well thought out, and the shower is spacious with great water pressure, making for a comfortable shower experience. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but you definitely won't go hungry, especially the pastries – all the breads and cakes taste delicious. All the staff I encountered were friendly and welcoming.
