Facilities: The hotel, opened in 2026, boasts complete facilities and a new design that is very convenient for modern travelers. I particularly enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and fitness amenities. Location: It's only about a hundred meters from Gongbei Port, making it incredibly convenient to go to Macau. Downstairs is a newly opened mall, offering easy access to dining and shopping. The only issue is that the surrounding area is too crowded, which detracts from the experience. Service: The hotel staff were all friendly. Since it was Mid-Autumn Festival, the front desk lady even gave us a box of mooncakes after we checked in, which was a lovely touch!

This was our wedding anniversary trip, and we'd informed the hotel in advance. We were pleasantly surprised by a small decoration in our room. Since the hotel is newly opened, the room facilities were clean and tidy. The only minor issue was a faint smell upon entering the room, which seemed to be coming from the toilet area, as if the ventilation there wasn't sufficient. We notified the front desk, and they brought an air freshener, which resolved the problem. Their buffet dinner had a good variety of choices and the food tasted great. The swimming pool and gym were both very spacious, but unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to use them. We'll definitely come back next time.

The hotel's breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, and the food tastes great. The staff are friendly. It's a great place to recharge during a vacation.

Opened in February 2026, Zhuhai Gongbei Hyatt Regency Hotel is right next to Gongbei Port, making it incredibly convenient to go to Macau. It's only 300 meters from the hotel to the port. Our room faced the port, so we could enjoy Macau's night view in the evening. The hotel's breakfast was quite abundant, with freshly cooked beef congee, various noodles, and wonton noodles. I especially loved the Guang He Hui next door, which made dining very convenient. It's also a newly opened mall with many of my favorite eateries, such as Cheng Yaojin Claypot Rice. All in all, the location is great.

Very satisfied! The location is convenient, just a 10-minute walk to Gongbei Port and 15 minutes to Zhuhai Station. There are many small restaurants nearby, and a shopping mall right downstairs. The only downside is the heavy traffic due to the large crowd. The hotel lobby offers a nice view overlooking Gongbei Port, although the sea view is partially obstructed. Personally, I think booking a standard room is fine; they're all pretty much the same. I really like the hotel's design aesthetic, and the entrance is quite grand. The room interiors are very new, and the staff are professional and enthusiastic. The complimentary afternoon tea was unexpectedly good. The fragrance in the elevator from the first floor to the lobby was a bit strange; it smelled a bit like dead fish. Overall, it was a pleasant trip!

This was my first time staying at the Grand Hyatt Zhuhai. It's just a few minutes' walk straight from the border crossing, and the environment is lovely. There's a shopping mall right downstairs, which is very convenient. I was traveling with two children, and we were upgraded to a room on the 29th floor, facing the Gongbei Port. We could see the fireworks from Macau at night, which was beautiful. Vivian at the front desk was very attentive and called ahead of time to discuss the check-in details. The kids were very happy.

Gongbei Port is just across the street, so you can be back in your room to rest within a 10-minute walk after returning from Macau. The hotel staff are all very friendly, and there are no strange odors in the rooms.

This hotel, newly opened at the beginning of the year, boasts very clean rooms and friendly staff. Its close proximity to the Macau border makes it convenient for a quick trip to Macau. Next to the hotel, there's a shopping mall called 光合𣿬 (Guanghehui) which houses a Hema Fresh supermarket and several small restaurants offering dinner options, providing for all your basic needs. The room rates are also quite reasonable. Highly recommended.
