This hotel needs a refurbishment, the rooms and especially the bathrooms are quite old and worn down. Definitely not prepared for international visitors. Most of the staff does not speak English.

This was more than we expected, the actual hotel, hit springs, sea views and resort were perfect. The location was a little hard to find beciase of the work been done around the complex. During our stay it was difficult to find many places open for food as we didn't want to eat in the hotel.

Facilities: There are many hot spring pools, especially the borderless ones. The evening is particularly beautiful. Breakfast and dinner are delicious. Parking is convenient. It is just a few steps away from the beach. There is also a food street hot spring. The performance at 5 pm is particularly good. The front desk concierge C2397 is very good and patient. The service is sincere.

I went on a spontaneous trip to Zhuhai Haiquanwan to soak in hot springs. The biggest feature here is the ocean hot springs, 108 hot spring pools, sky hot springs, and boundless sea view hot springs. The butler service is very thoughtful, and the service staff are very polite and greet everyone they see. The hot spring center is fully equipped, and I upgraded to a suite for free. The suite also has a large soaking pool. I will come here again in the future. This is a large integrated resort, which is very suitable for parent-child vacations, couples vacations, and family gatherings. I hope that the hardware facilities and catering varieties will continue to be upgraded in the future. Overall, 5 points of praise.
