The set menus are good value, and both children and seniors enjoyed them, making it stress-free for adults. There are also accessible passages, which are convenient for elderly people with mobility issues. The hotel offers discounts for guests buying souvenirs, which was a pleasant surprise! Parking is also free. It’s best to book a set package in advance for even better deals.

If you're visiting Zhuhai Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, I highly recommend staying at the Penguin Hotel, especially if you're traveling with children. The entire hotel's decor is incredibly cute and playful. From check-in to check-out, I had absolutely no negative experiences. Every staff member was extremely kind and enthusiastic, and they genuinely adored all the children. In my opinion, the hotel's exterior and interior design are the best among nearby accommodations. Most importantly, it's incredibly close to the park, with a direct passage leading right into the entrance. After a tiring day with the kids, being able to quickly return to the hotel to rest is a huge plus, something any parent who's traveled with little ones will understand. The hotel also prepares many photo spots and small gifts for children, enhancing their experience and immersing them in this fairytale kingdom. Highly recommended!

Our stay at the Penguin Hotel was a great experience overall. We were lucky that there was a forecast for heavy rain just before our trip, which meant fewer tourists and not many people around throughout our stay, making for a really pleasant experience. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its excellent location, right next to the Ocean Kingdom theme park, making it incredibly convenient to get in and out of the park. It's perfect for families traveling with children. The room had a lovely penguin theme, was clean and tidy, and came with a full set of amenities for kids, with thoughtful details throughout. The Penguin Buffet Restaurant was quite unique; you could watch penguins while dining, which was a lot of fun. Considering the convenience for sightseeing and the immersive experience, it's definitely a hotel worth staying at.

The service was excellent! The restaurant even has penguins! The soundproofing for the penguin enclosure was great; they didn't bother us while we ate, and we couldn't hear them either. The facilities were very atmospheric and immersive. Toiletries were thoughtfully separated for adults and children, and there were cute postcards included. The service was fantastic! When we first arrived, there was even a Kaka Tiger dance performance – super cool! Plus, the hotel has a 'check-in and explore' activity where you can collect six stamps to get a gift! The 2-day, 1-night double occupancy package with unlimited access to Ocean Kingdom was incredibly good value for money!!!

Zhuhai Chimelong Ocean Kingdom is so much better than Guangzhou Chimelong Safari Park, not just a little bit! The room decor and staff service were both excellent. The housekeeping service was particularly great; my child loved the rose made from toilet paper, and the staff even folded several more for her. Since it was her birthday month, we also received a small gift. Unlike Guangzhou Chimelong, where they promised a gift but never delivered, and even after I complained, they said they'd add me on WeChat but never did.

We're an elderly couple who brought our granddaughter to see the Ocean Kingdom. Before coming, we extensively compared hotels in the area and ultimately chose the Penguin Hotel. Upon arrival, we realized we made the perfect choice! This is the closest hotel to Ocean Kingdom, with a direct pathway. Especially during hot weather, proximity is a huge advantage. You can choose to visit in the morning or after 5 PM depending on the temperature, and the evening parade and fireworks show are fantastic experiences. The hotel's buffet restaurant is a paradise for kids – no matter what they eat, the highlight is being able to watch the penguins up close. They were absolutely thrilled!

The hotel's location is fantastic; you're right at Ocean Kingdom as soon as you step out, and it's just a few minutes' walk directly to the park entrance. This saved us from having to rush early in the morning or travel back and forth, which was a huge time-saver and stress-reducer when traveling with kids. There are adorable penguins in the lobby at all times, keeping the little ones excited and happy throughout our stay – the atmosphere was absolutely amazing! The room was clean and tidy, with complete amenities, comfortable bedding, and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Toiletries and children's amenities were all thoughtfully provided, showcasing great attention to detail. The staff were warm and attentive; check-in and check-out were efficient and quick, and they responded promptly to any issues. The hotel offers a wide range of dining options, and the buffet restaurant even lets you dine while watching penguins, adding a wonderful sense of occasion. Overall, the environment is full of childlike wonder and perfectly suited for families. It's convenient for travel and offers a top-notch experience. We'll definitely stay at the Penguin Hotel again on our next trip to Chimelong – highly recommended!

This hotel is great for kids, with plenty of activities. The lobby staff are attentive and responsible. Taxis are readily available, and the shuttle bus service is also very convenient. In-room deliveries were prompt. The butler was not only helpful and enthusiastic in answering all our questions but also consistently shared the park's show schedule and weather updates daily, making trip planning much smoother. Overall, this stay was very comfortable, meeting all our expectations. It's a great choice for accommodation.
