Chimelong Penguin Hotel Reviews

The check-in-process is very smooth and staff is very professional. The room is quite spacious, we have a queen bed and a small bed for my son. Our bed matress is comfortable but the kid bed is quite hard, is not really recommended unless you place the comforter on the mattress, then is comfortable enough to sleep in. The cleaniless is OK. We did not use the internet as we connect to the foreign website so we use our own mobile and act as a modem. We only ate at the Penguin restaurant. We ate breakfast and dinner at the Penguin restaurant. One of the meal - we paid ourselves, the food that hotel charge is not exactly cheap, BUT they have so much choices and taste pretty delicious. There are so many diners that it is amazing how the staff keep it running efficiently. The hotel is very near to the Ocean world, like walking distance 3 minutes and to go to the spaceship you need to take shuttle, but all is arranged conveniently for the customers. I am very happy with my choice of the trip and highly recommend this hotel.

The room is very spacious and clean and comfortable with enough pillows and free water.

Truly love this hotel . My son love the igloo in the room and the restaurant where we can dine and have penguins view. Bed is very comfortable too :)

Absolutely loved our stay.  we stayed with a small child of three years old. He enjoyed every bit of it. The hotel has eye for detail for children. For example, it has bath slippers for children, bathrobes,  and also children’s shampoo and washing gel.  the most extravagant part is the breakfast you have so much choice and  you can enjoy your breakfast next to real life penguins as a sightseeing. Definitely recommend staying here when you visit Chimelong Park with children and also definitely recommend the breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at the Penguin Hotel! My son loved seeing the penguins in the hotel restaurants, which made our dining experience special. The Chimelong Circus show was amazing, but the sound was way too loud, even for adults, making it very uncomfortable for kids. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Spent our time on this rainy weekend at the Penguin hotel. Buffets available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner or other dining options available. Easy access to Ocean Kingdom. You can shuttle to the other hotels, Spaceship, and even cross-border buses available. Check in line was long but efficient. Rooms are very kid-friendly. Not a lot of spoken English but they didn’t lack in customer service. They had a separate space for group check-in. Just beyond that area a cabin for online food orders. Many shops too.
