Lucia at the front desk provided excellent service, making check-in a breeze. The hotel facilities are well-equipped, and the staff are very patient. During breakfast, my baby needed to use the restroom. When we returned, it was close to the end of breakfast service, and there wasn't much food left. To my surprise, a staff member had prepared a large plate of pasta and a few dumplings for us. Five-star rating!

Every time we visit Chimelong, choosing the Hilton Garden Inn Hengqin has become more than just a simple stay for us – it's like a 'warm agreement' with familiarity and peace of mind. This agreement entails consistently clean surroundings, skin-friendly and comfortable bedding, and reassuring soundproofing, ensuring our family, tired from traveling and playing, always gets a solid, deep sleep. Although the convenient shuttle service is no longer available, the memories of joyful rides still sparkle in time. And the hotel's heated pool is our secret 'energy-releasing magic,' always ready to handle our little one who's perpetually 'full of power.' But what truly keeps us coming back, time and again, is far more than just these amenities. It's the people here, who, with their genuine warmth, have turned a temporary stay into a homecoming for our hearts. Just like this morning at breakfast, the familiar Olivia greeted us with a big hug from afar and quietly presented us with a Hello Kitty keychain and a cute phone charm she personally selected – a small gesture that seemed to add a soft filter to the entire morning, and even the whole day. For me, the most beautiful scenery on a journey is often not found between mountains and seas, but in these unexpected touches of warmth, and in the people who remember you and are willing to thoughtfully create surprises for you. This is one of the few quality hotels on Hengqin Island. The breakfast selection is extensive, service is prompt and efficient, and the rooms are of a consistently good standard. It's about a 15-minute drive to Hengqin Huafa Mall and also very close to Hengqin's most beautiful sunset viewing spot. I highly recommend staying here if you're planning to watch Macau's fireworks from Hengqin. When the fireworks conclude, traffic leaving the island can be heavy, but while others are stuck in queues, you'll already be relaxing back at the hotel!

The hotel is conveniently located near Hengqin's most beautiful sunset photo spot, offering panoramic sea views. The service was good, and the lobby design truly lives up to the Hilton brand. However, the room facilities were quite dated, with stained carpets, and unfortunately, a leaking sink drain. This was rather disappointing.

I received a complimentary room upgrade from the front desk. They also provided breakfast vouchers, and the breakfast spread was generous and delicious. However, the location is a bit out of the way. My five-star rating is specifically for the hotel management; I'm deeply grateful for their consideration and support for people with disabilities by employing them, as this offers them invaluable social affirmation.
