The environment is great, there's a good variety of games, and they have hot springs and a heated pool. The breakfast selection is diverse and tastes good. The service is excellent; staff greet you whenever they see you, and any requests are handled promptly and effectively. Before checking out in the morning, I went to the hot springs and accidentally left my watch in the changing room. I realized it when I got home and immediately called the hotel. Within half an hour, they found my watch, and the staff even helped me mail it back. I received it the very next morning! The service at the resort is truly fantastic 👍👍, a big thanks to the staff who helped me find my watch 💐

Clean and tidy, very good! Zhuhai Imperial Hot Spring is a long-standing Japanese-style outdoor hot spring, with over 20 unique pools nestled among the gardens, offering a tranquil environment. The Grand Temple Fair, with its food and entertainment, is very lively and perfect for a relaxing weekend.

Check-in at the hotel is from 3 PM. Upon arrival, there were many golf carts to take guests to the main lobby for check-in. While waiting in line, there were complimentary ice cream, cakes, desserts, and drinks, as well as a live guzheng performance! The hotel's hot spring temple fair package we bought was very good value for money! We booked the Changshengzhuang, a two-story loft with tatami mats, and loved it! Great food and fun! The environment was clean and hygienic! The only downside was that the TV in the room wasn't working.

Excellent service, one of the best in the province!!! It's clear why they've been so popular for so many years!!! The rooms are clean and tidy, with all the amenities you could ask for, and then some! The food is absolutely fantastic; it's the most diverse buffet I've ever experienced, and you can even walk around while you eat, haha! That feeling was just amazing!! There aren't many hot spring pools, but they're all genuine hot springs. I soaked for about half an hour intermittently, and my hands and feet didn't even get wrinkly!! Overall, it was a superb experience, and I'll definitely be back 😘😘😘

Extremely satisfied! The hot springs are great, the food is delicious, and the service is excellent. I absolutely love this place. If I could stay for a whole week, that would be amazing!

The room facilities are complete, comfortable and cozy, and the hygiene is spotless. The service attitude is excellent. The breakfast has a wide variety of delicious options, especially the rice noodles – absolutely amazing! The all-inclusive dinner package offered food, entertainment, and fun for both kids and adults. The hot spring water was clean, and the lounge had full amenities for food and drinks. There were no hidden costs or tricks throughout our stay. Everything from dining to entertainment was well-equipped. It was a fantastic experience! We saw many locals there, which probably means it has a great reputation and that's why so many people go. They were very friendly to us out-of-towners. Cantonese people are generous and welcoming, awesome! 👍👍

Overall, my experience was great! The only thing was when we were getting food at Temple Street, it didn't seem that crowded but we still had to queue. After that, playing games and listening to the live band was fantastic, I had a really fun time! 😃

The kids have been here a few times and absolutely love it. They enjoy all the buffets, whether it's the temple fair buffet, afternoon tea, or breakfast. It's a great spot for family fun. The unlimited hot springs and mini-games kept our little daughter thoroughly entertained.
