The hotel has excellent and free kids' facilities with no time limits. The rooms are clean and soundproof. Breakfast is decent, but it gets quite chaotic when crowded. They provide 20 tokens, which is enough for kids to play arcade games for about half an hour. The downsides are that the room windows don't open, which affects the view, especially since we were on a very high floor. Also, each room only includes breakfast for two people, and children over 120cm are charged an extra 58 RMB for breakfast. There's no exemption. How much can a 120cm child really eat for breakfast? My child just had one round and was full. For a family-friendly hotel, only including two breakfasts feels a bit stingy. It would be better if the breakfast cost was simply included in the room rate; I'd feel more comfortable with that.

Great value for money! The room design was fantastic and very convenient, and the kids had an absolute blast! The room was spacious, and the color scheme was incredibly comfortable. Plus, breakfast was included. Very satisfied! Highly recommended!

The room was spacious! The environment was great, and the breakfast spread was plentiful. The service was excellent. It's very close to the border crossing, just a ten-minute walk, which is super convenient! From the large floor-to-ceiling windows, you can see Chimelong's fireworks, and from the other side, you can spot Macau Tower and Grand Lisboa! Absolutely fantastic!

The room had bunk beds, both with 1.8-meter-wide mattresses, which was quite fun. The kids absolutely loved playing in the soft play area on the first floor. The hotel also provided a complimentary breakfast for two adults and one child, even though we only stayed one night. It was very convenient.

I booked a sea-view room. The bed was large, which was reassuring when sleeping with my child. Across from us were all the major hotels in Macau**, so the view was indeed great. It was about a 15-minute walk from Hengqin Port. However, the hygiene and service were truly disappointing. The first room they gave us had a strong fishy smell, like a dirty fish tank that hadn't been cleaned in ages. They later moved us to the room next door, but when I pulled back the covers to rest, I found several stains.

We stayed one night in Zhuhai before heading to Macau, and the room we booked was absolutely perfect. My friends and I got the European-style three-bedroom apartment, and the interior design was really nice. The rooms were spacious, which was great, and everything was very clean. Getting to Hengqin Port the next day for customs was also super convenient, as it's right near the hotel.

The room has high ceilings, so the bunk beds were no problem. It's the first time I've seen 1.8m wide bunk beds, which perfectly met the needs of our family of four staying together. There's also a big sofa. The accompanying kids' play area is also great, and the little ones had a lot of fun. It's not far from the border crossing, but too far to walk – you'll need to take a taxi. The surrounding area is mostly business offices, so it's a bit far from commercial areas. Food deliveries are placed on the delivery rack downstairs.

We also received 20 free game tokens, allowing the kids to play at the downstairs arcade for free. It was great, and I've already recommended it to friends.

The room was spacious and themed, but it felt cold and lacked a warm atmosphere, plus there was an odd smell. The hallway was stuffy and unventilated, also with a strange odor. The front desk staff were expressionless when we checked in, and though there weren't many people, they answered questions with a hint of impatience. The playground staff had a bad attitude, speaking harshly to children, and the play equipment seemed quite old.

Crossing the border from Hengqin to Macau for an early breakfast on National Day was very smooth! Coming back around 7 pm, there wasn't much of a queue either! The family room with a bunk bed was very spacious! The room was quite large, and the kids loved it! The room had an odor, like it had been recently renovated! The Macau night view room was slightly better and didn't have much of a smell! Breakfast was okay, but there was no service. I called twice after leaving something in the room, but no one bothered to help!

This time we stayed at the Wutong Tree Hotel with our child, and it exceeded our expectations! The room was spacious and bright; our child absolutely loved the parent-child themed room. The hotel included tickets to the kids' play area, which kept our child entertained and completely worn out. The biggest surprise was when the lovely lady at the front desk proactively upgraded us to a 'fireworks room' with a superb view of Macao's night skyline. The hotel is also very close to Hengqin Chimelong, which was incredibly convenient. Although it's a new hotel and the room had a slight smell, it wasn't a big deal. This is definitely a top choice for family trips, and we'll be back again!

Traveling with my kids to Chimelong, I checked out the surrounding hotels and found this one to be great value for money. My kids loved it too, especially the kids' play area which was incredibly convenient for us parents. We could let the kids play there while we did our own things or planned our next activities, and the kids were never bored. Since we're a family of three driving to Zhuhai, the free parking at this hotel was a big plus for me – plenty of spaces, with two underground levels. Highly recommended! It's excellent value for families visiting Chimelong Zhuhai.

The Zhuhai Wutong Tree Hotel is an excellent choice for families! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the kids' themed rooms are adorable – my child absolutely loved it. The hotel has a children's play area and a wide range of family-friendly activities. The staff, especially Anan, was very attentive. It's a shame I couldn't wake up in time to try the hotel's breakfast! The location is also very convenient, right next to the Legendary Pardoo Plaza, which offers plenty of dining options. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it for families with children!

I was planning a trip to Macau with my kids and chose this hotel because it's so close to the border gate. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived! The rooms have a variety of themes, giving the kids plenty of choices, and each theme has a distinct style. My kids were absolutely thrilled when we got to the room – it was so colorful, spacious, and had a great view. Plus, there's a kids' play area downstairs. The best part is how close it is to the border gate, making travel incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this hotel and plan to try a different theme next time!
