After check-out, luggage storage is free, and parking is also free with plenty of spaces available. The rooms are large and comfortable, featuring a balcony, a mini-fridge, a safe, and a sterilizer, making for a very reassuring stay. If you're driving, there are ample parking spaces and charging piles, which is super convenient whether you're visiting the theme park or going into the city. The service throughout our stay was incredibly warm and heartfelt, making the overall experience fantastic. Next time we bring the kids to Chimelong, we'll definitely choose this place again! The service was attentive and thoughtful, always considering the little ones. The room was clean and tidy, full of playful designs that made our child not want to leave!

If you ask me where is the best place to stay in Chimelong Zhuhai, I’d say the Spaceship Hotel without hesitation. My whole family was thoroughly impressed with our stay, especially traveling with a kid. The location is fantastic, right inside the resort with shuttle buses to everywhere. It's not far from the airport and Hengqin Station, and parking is free if you drive. We booked a Spaceship King Room and were upgraded to a Moon Exploration Room for free. The room was much more spacious than expected, and our child cheered the moment we walked in and saw the cartoon theme. The bathroom has a wet-dry separation, hot water comes out instantly, and slippers and toiletries are all provided. You can also request a free bed rail for the child. Our kid immediately fell in love with the little submarine embroidered on the towel and refused to let go of the cartoon throw pillows. Front desk check-in was fast, with self-service kiosks during peak hours to skip the queue, and luggage storage was hassle-free. The housekeeping staff is very thorough, changing everything between guests. Dining was a pleasant surprise with no disappointments—Chinese, Western, and Hong Kong-style snacks are all available. The breakfast was lavish, the Food Court offered plenty of choices, and the first-floor fast food was more affordable than inside the theme park. If you don't want to go downstairs, you can just scan the QR code to order room service. The entire room was spotless with no dead corners, the bedsheets had no odd smells, and the toilet area was sparkling clean. The giant animatronic sculpture in the lobby is stunning, the fragrance smells lovely, and ocean-themed decorative details are everywhere. The rooftop infinity pool lets you watch the fireworks while swimming, the 3rd-floor deck offers breathtaking views, and you can even lounge on the balcony to watch the sunrise. Staying at the hotel gives you early park admission one hour in advance. The Spaceship Park is entirely indoor so you won't get sunburned, and the kids were mesmerized by the park shows. The gym equipment is new, the pool water is clean and uncrowded, and we even tried out the interactive robot conversation. The soundproofing is great for a sound sleep at night, security patrols give you peace of mind, and we bought exclusive plush toys as souvenirs at the gift shop—they have a stylish design. Truly great value for money, and we will definitely come back next time.

The biggest pleasant surprise was the family-friendly touches: a children's toilet seat, step stool, and kids' toiletries and slippers were all provided. Since it was my child's birthday, they even thoughtfully decorated the room in advance and prepared a small gift 👍. Front desk check-in was fast, staff helped deliver our luggage to the room, and housekeeping was prompt and attentive.

We were upgraded to the Moon Exploration Room, and our kid absolutely loved it! It was on a high floor, brand new, and very clean. The service was top-notch—our butler was always available to answer any questions and even sent daily park updates to our WeChat, making our visit totally hassle-free. The fireworks view from the 28th floor was also fantastic. We couldn't have been happier with our stay!

Extremely convenient, truly, incredibly convenient! The Spacecraft Park is right downstairs, saving us a lot of time. It's practically a zero-distance park experience. The parent-child hotel's facilities and amenities for kids are excellent, everything is thoughtfully designed for children. The staff are also very kind and friendly to the little ones, providing exceptional care. Everything was absolutely satisfactory.
