Good. A lot of activities for kids and families. Shuttle bus to Ocean kingdom is convenient. The shows are very nice.

Good experience. And fit for family trip. Clean and tidy. Beautiful view when look out from the pool.

It was one of my favorite trip in China, nice hotel with amusement park. 3 days 2 nights is not enough. I will come back soon.

Great hotel to stay at when visiting any of the Chimelong parks. Direct access to the Spaceship park from the lower lobby. Frequent free shuttle busses to travel to the other parks and the theatre. Nice options for casual dining in the food street located on the lower lobby with direct access from the hotel after 8 pm. For earlier access to food street need to enter directly from the Spaceship park circular lobby just after the ticket check. Recommend to book a package with accommodation and park entrance. Also recommend to see the circus show whilst visiting, it's a definite highlight.

A nice place for the family vacation but you need a translator app if no one could speak Mandarin in your group, most people there (about 95%) don't speak English.

I do not have good impressions of the place, for the stars rated and the price of the room, the place did not fit my expectations. 1. number one: the shower was dirty. 2. the balcony does not have safety lock for children, that is a big risk also, I feel the people in reception, did not have a particular costumer attention interest. I mean, they must treat you nice, like a costumer, you are not in a public hospital! and I feel the girl in reception, cold and rude in some way. Never smile back to the room: the place is focused on the kids, that is good, but in general looks like holiday-inn hotel in USA! very basic. I mean, thinking that this room is designed for a family of 4 person, that is not full designed to have a comfortable stay the good part is the little robes and slippers, also the shampoo for kids is nice, but not toothbrush for kid.

Overall an average staying experience, good for kids. However the hygiene of that room needs to be improved.

A hotel which is suitable for families with kids! The hotel is just above the spaceship theme park.

This is a wonderful trip. 3 days 2 nights unlimited access of theme park. Include - buffet dinner . Chimelong is the best theme park in the world . Hope I can see chimelong theme park built all over the world.
